I did not enjoy this book. I was turned off from the beginning when the authors basically pointed out what was wrong with every popular leadership book. I labored through the research and data on what they claim made the best leaders, which was quite boring. But I had hope that what they deemed really mattered would be worth it…only to be disappointed to find that it was nothing new or groundbreaking.
