This was great and so funny. If you follow Kyle's TikTok, many of these will be repetitive. But they're hilarious, and he's gone viral for a reason!

Freaking hilarious! This book is a perfect way to subtly bring those guys down a peg. Toss it up with innocence and kindness and it hits even harder. My husband doesn't have the typical male ego- or maybe I broke him a long time ago, but I work in a make dominated field and these cut so smoothly. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this didn't quite live up to my expectations. I admit some of the things to say are hilarious - the problem was that the higher percentage of them were platitudinal. I was happy to find that the things that were good, were REALLY good. Good enough I think this deserves a 3/5 rating to make sure people aren't turned off by seeing a rating less than 3 (or is it just me who experiences this phenomenon?).

How to Piss Off Men by Kyle Prue is a quick, fun read that had me snorting and laughing out loud repeatedly.
It's a rare book that I want to read more than once. Prue's book surpassed that; I wanted to read it again as soon as I finished it. It's that entertaining.
I particularly enjoyed the geeky references, from cosplay to popular television, science fiction to superheroes. I have quite a few men around me that I will be able to use these quips on. Should I choose to and should they deserve it, of course.
I'm tempted to memorize all of these, so they'll be there in my head if and when I need them.
I was literally smiling as I read this, start to finish; for the men out there, I mean that I was actually smiling. I used literally to emphasize the fact.

This book was hilarious! Besides that it had some pretty good ideas too. I especially liked the "nice moped" to a guy on a Harley. Because, really, it kinda is. I can't wait for this book to release so I can recommend it to all my friends and family.

This was such a fun read. I've seen Prue's series on social media that was the inspiration for this book. I am looking forward to seeing a physical, final version of this because I think it will look fun and be fun to flip through. I laughed a lot and think this would make a fun coffee table book and a gift book.

This was a really enjoyable book by Kyle Prue. I actually know him from social media, but he’s also written books before. While this book holds a lot of laughs, I appreciate that Kyle took the time to dive into safety and the patriarchy. There’s a time and a place to actually use commentary like this, and making sure that readers are aware of that reflects good social responsibility.

Written by an author/comedian and subtitled 109 Things to Say to Shatter the Male Ego, this short book is filled with questions, quips and retorts to help combat toxic masculinity, along with commentary by the writer.

Given the title, how could I resist this selection? A very quick read, it had me repeatedly laughing out loud and I have to say it takes something very good to make me do that. A humorous break from some of the heavier reading I have been doing, it was a delightful read. I am going to try to remember some of the lines and hope I get to use them sometime.

Kyle prue is one of the internet’s most prolific influencers, and his quick Wit and snark leap off the page in this how to manual that anyone that has to deal with men should pick up haha

This was a lot of fun. It was a quick, sharp read that got to the heart of some inter-gender dynamics that are amusing when you take a step back.

I have to admit that I am not familiar with the author. It would appear that he has done some things online based on some other reviews that I glanced over. So, my draw to this book was the title and not the author. I found this to be a really easy and quick read. I knocked it out in less than an hour and I think that all women and even some men know a few situations where we would have liked to use these or still know someone we would like to use these on. Obviously, if you do decide to use any of them please be careful and note the warnings at the beginning of the book.

I think this would make a great gift for someone or like a coffee table book. Put it out somewhere where you want it to be noticed and start a conversation. I think that Prue is a talented enough writer that I'll be seeing what else I can find by him. While I did find this funny, I do think that readers should probably pace themselves rather than just blaze through it like I did.

Pretty funny! I like Kyle Prue's Instagram series, so was happy to get an ARC from NetGalley. I think this would be better as a coffee table book than an ebook since some of the formatting was a bit weird. I thought the book was funny, but it was SO short and definitely feel like more of a book you'd gift someone during a white elephant / secret santa vs. something you would purchase for yourself to sit down and read. I knocked the entire thing out on a plane ride than was less than an hour, so there isn't much there. But again, I think it's perfect for what it is.

The sole reason for me to request this book was "The title". I mean how can you not want to read the book with the title? Of course you do.

We are so conditioned since we are born that we do not see anything wrong in a lot many things that goes around us. What especially gets on my nerves is mansplaining. And there are times when I personally feel that I should have said something smart and I could not. This book is a huge help in such cases.

It's funny, not hilarious but there are some laugh a loud moments in the book. What I will personally recommend is reading this book randomly. Just open a random page , read few pages and close it to enjoy some other time when a man has pissed you off. Reading it a time won't be such a good idea.

Overall a fun read to enjoy some witty humour.

I loved everything about this book. Highly entertaining, very funny and so topical. I love that the author navigates from pure sarcasm to an anecdote that pushes you deep into thought. My only wish while reading this was how I wished every quote/phrase has a detailed anecdotal/topical essay because clearly, the author is a gifted writer. I wanted more.
My absolute favourite part was the last paragraph of this book - the perfect analogy to explain a concept so overarching & abstract, yet so embedded in our bones.
Amazing especially since I read it immediately after A Tale of Two Titties!!

As a woman, the title was what immediately made me want to read this book. I'm not familiar with the author on social media, so this was not content I had seen before.

There were several laugh in your head moments, but nothing was funny enough to be comical, more satirical. At first, it was funny, but then as I kept reading it, I became a little bored. I feel like the book became less funny towards the end. This may be because I read it straight through and did not pick it up at different intervals. I think that this would be a great coffee table book and conversation starter.

Some of the "insults" were not original - I would have loved to see some original comical things to say to men. And honestly, most of the insults women already know, so I did not learn anything new to say - which actually would have been pretty funny.

The part I enjoyed most was actually the paragraph at the end, where the author draws similarities to how the male "patriarchy" serves to put both men and women in boxes, not just women. I thought that this was an insightful statement. Other than that, I don't think I would read this book again or recommend it other than a funny thing to have on a coffee table when guests are over or maybe reading material in a waiting room.
