I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. I can't believe I haven't gotten to it sooner. It was well written, the characters were great and I just really enjoyed reading it. I will definitely read more from this author.

This book had elements that I really enjoyed, such as the magical elements.
But I found the protagonists relationship with the warlock to be a little bit off. I realise that she was being held captive, but something still felt wrong.
