I enjoyed reading this book and it's an inspiring call to action for anyone who has money blockers or who is struggling with getting started with their finances. It's a mindset book rather than a practical financial guide, so it will challenge your ways of thinking. I feel it would have been better to read the previous book before this one as some of the concepts mentioned in this book were clearly explained in more detail in the previous book, but even so, I still managed to understand the principles. It has workbook-style exercises so you can put into practice what you are learning and take action.
I received an ARC from Netgalley - thank you!

I enjoy reading books that talk about real lives, real actions, real struggles/challenges and real results. I liked how this book was direct, practical and simplified stuff. Motivates one to look at their own lives and take action.

"Million Dollar Action" by Rachel Rodgers presents a dynamic approach to business strategy aimed primarily at entrepreneurs looking to scale their ventures into seven-figure territories. Rodgers brings her experience to the table, offering practical advice and actionable steps designed to inspire and motivate. The book is structured clearly and straightforwardly, making it accessible even to those new to business.

Rodgers excels in her motivational tone, pushing readers to think big and challenge their limitations. Her advice on automation, delegation, and building a brand is particularly valuable, filled with real-world examples that illustrate her points effectively.

However, "Million Dollar Action" sometimes falls into the trap of oversimplification. Some strategies discussed may not be as easily applicable to different types of businesses or entrepreneurs at varying stages of their journey. Additionally, while the book aims to be inspirational, it can occasionally come across as too idealistic, lacking a deeper exploration of the inevitable challenges and setbacks faced in scaling a business.

Overall, "Million Dollar Action" earns a solid three stars. It is a useful resource for those starting or looking to refresh their approach, but it may not provide the depth required for more experienced business owners seeking advanced strategies.

Awesome work book which gives you practical ways to achieve your goals. It puts being a millionaire within reach. I especially liked that there were sections to reflect on, write your goals and work through each section. All in all, 4 stars.

All opinions expressed are my own.

Ahhhhhh, Rachel Rodgers! I was obsessed with WE SHOULD ALL BE MILLIONAIRES. It showed that it's not crazy or boastful to think that I could be a millionaire. For real! However, it was more mindset work than action. So, in normal Rodgers fashion, she gives the people what they NEED and provides this amazing book. It's not just mindset (though that's still there too); it's about the action it takes and the commitment to do something with all of your dreams. This title makes the actions no longer nebulous. The path to wealth is real! A literally DUH 5 stars!

As a woman, I know firsthand the financial challenges that we face. We're often paid less than men for the same work, and we're more likely to take time off to care for children or other family members. This can make it difficult to save and invest for the future.

That's why I was so excited to read "We Should All Be Millionaires" by Rachel Rodgers. This book is a practical and empowering guide that provides women with the tools and strategies they need to achieve financial success. Rodgers covers everything from budgeting and investing to negotiating salaries and building a business. She also shares inspiring stories of women who have overcome financial challenges to become millionaires.

I found this book to be incredibly impactful. It gave me the confidence and the roadmap I needed to take control of my finances and create a more prosperous future for myself. I highly recommend this book to any woman who wants to take charge of her financial life.

How I Read It: 📱

Synopsis
This workbook is a companion to Rachel’s first book, We Should All Be Millionaires, and helps you shift into a new money mindset through a repetitive sequence of action steps, tasks, and goals. The workbook comes with checklists to track/see your progress. Rachel has a tough, no BS approach to teaching you how to get to your goals, which is helpful if you’re feeling stuck and unworthy of the millionaire status.

My Thoughts
If you want to shift your mind from knowing how to become a millionaire, to actually taking the steps to get there, this workbook is great. If you want to start erasing all the doubt in your mind, these steps will help you remove your mental blocks. Each topic in the book corresponds with a chapter in her first book, and I really like how each section is well organized and has the same consistent tasks for each topic.

Final Thoughts
I wish I had this workbook when I read her book! I do suggest reading We Should All Be Millionaires before diving into this workbook, but it isn’t 100% necessary as Rachel does summarize the books key points.

Thank you to HarperCollins Leadership and NetGalley for an advanced copy of this book!
