This was my first non-fiction Netgalley read, and what a great pick. I think that this book is going to help so many people understand why their brains do what they do, and how to process that. I've been able to take many of the practices and start to apply them, and I'm so grateful for that. Life is tough. Nudges and reminders like this make it less so.
Thank you to the publisher as well as the author for the opportunity to read this.
This is such a great idea! I was very impressed with each page and section. Lots of great advice, which I will use to help student and I will be recommending them buying this! There are many books for anxiety but this stood out to me as it is approachable.
This was really useful during a particularly stressful week. I usually suffer with stress and anxiety but felt much better during the week I used this book. I can see myself returning to it time and time again.
Solid guidance on how to process anxiety and panic. Helpful tips and thoughts to journal about!

This book/journal presented great tips and techniques regarding our inner thoughts. There was valuable insights on how our brain processes things and can cause anxiety. It was very helpful and I would recommend to those who suffer from anxiousness or just an active overthinking brain.
