Approachable, interesting, and a really nice interactive piece that inspired me to reflect on my mental wellness. I would recommend to any anxious person who is a fan of CBT and looking to reflect on their mood.

This was my first non-fiction Netgalley read, and what a great pick. I think that this book is going to help so many people understand why their brains do what they do, and how to process that. I've been able to take many of the practices and start to apply them, and I'm so grateful for that. Life is tough. Nudges and reminders like this make it less so.

Thank you to the publisher as well as the author for the opportunity to read this.
