Another solid entry in The Book Of Clash series. Valkyrie and Pam have separated and Valkyrie has lost her memory. All she knows is she hates logs. A chance encounter with Pam, the Log, jobs her memory and starts a quest to find out what happened to Jazzypinkerton. I didn't realize until this volume that this is based off a of a game, which as me wondering how much of that audience is following these stories. On the flip side, without the game knowledge, this is a great series still that investigates aspects of friendship, being true to oneself, and other relationships. One thing this book gets into is also how winners should react and the reality that one cannot (and maybe should not) win all the time.

A fun read for video game fans, or fans of RPGs with a solid message in every volume.
