This was a good one! Deep and meaningful. I know shadow work is something like a hot buzzword around the internet lately, but it really gives so much power to those who do it. if you are on your way to a better YOU, this most definitely is a helpful tool and this book is here to help.

Shadow Work by Michelle Wadleigh Is a comprehensive guide to turning the shadows from our past mistakes and traumas into being a better you by helping you develop tools to help combat emotional triggers and feelings or thoughts that would cause one hate or have doubt about oneself or other people in one's day to day life. While working through this book was challenging due to having to really look inward and dissect everything I am as a person I found that it helped me stop the self-hatred I had for so long. I am learning to forgive myself and have compassion which was always easy for me to feel for others, but it was never something I was ever able to have for myself until now. All that said I don't think this will fix all of one's problems, but it will help start the process to healing. Well done!

It’s a very short book, with exercises, journal prompts, followed by an example story. I’m sure this will prove helpful to many, but I personally didn’t find overmuch that I was unfamiliar with. I also didn’t require, or find helpful, so many “examples” of people who took a course by the author.
