I thought I had already submitted feedback for this title, but since I still see it on my list I will submit again. The book was very good, I want to give it to my contractors working on my kitchen. It's been 5 months and it is still not done. They could have benefited from the principles in this book.

I work in engineering, which is adjacent to and works with the contracting industry. I think the book would be useful to others working in these industries, especially those owning small busninesses. Not all of the ideas are new, but it is presented for these industries, unlike so many other books that assume you are selling widgets or information online.

As I was reading this, I shared it with my boss, who has also bought a copy. We'll probably begin to work through it in more detail in the months ahead.
