The pictures were cute and the words were simple enough to read to a young child during storytime. I liked the caregiver tips at the back, but would have preferred them at the front.
Thank you to NetGalley for an Advanced Reader's Copy (ARC) in exchange for my honest opinion.
This is a super cute board book for very young children and toddlers. They would enjoy the short verses and the adorable illustrations. An easy story to follow and I really loved the hints at the back for caregivers to communicate "I See You Smile" to the young children in your life.
Perfect for toddler read-alouds! The illustrations are detailed but not too busy, and the text flows beautifully! This is a perfect book to help teach toddlers how to name what they’re feeling and doing.
This children's book is a great one for parents/caregivers, families, and children alike! The illustrations are adorable and I love the rainbow on the blanket being shown on almost every pages. I also love the rhyming words that were selected. I also loved the educational information at the back of the book.
This book is short and sweet with darling illustrations and fun rhymes. I can easily see this becoming a bedtime story favorite. The tips for parents/caregivers at the end is a nice bonus.

Thank you NetGalley for the chance to read I SEE YOU SMILE in exchange for an honest review.
I absolutely loved this story. As an early education teacher, I am always looking for books I think will resonate with and be educational for the kids in my class. Between the fun rhymes and wonderful artwork, this story will entice toddlers. It shows a familiar routine to the kiddos from waking up, playing with friends inside, playing with friends outside, and taking a nap, showcasing something toddlers do during the week. They will easily relate to the character and enjoy copying the movements they made. It will also be an easy way for the kiddos to gain more vocabulary and understanding word usage. I also greatly appreciated the Four Tips for Caregivers at the end of the book which was incredibly insightful—great tips to observe and react when interacting with toddlers.
Simply Adorable!!! What a perfect book for snuggles with your little one. This story shows us all the many ways we love to see our little ones smile and go through their day. From dancing, giggles and storytime there are so many ways we love our time with them. The illustrations work perfectly with the simple text keeping everything simple and easy for little ones to follow along. I love the toddler in the book and the expressions shown. It is a new family favorite.
We received this as an ebook ARC but can’t wait to add it to our home library in July. It will also make a great gift for some families we know. Enjoy this story together.

The cadence to this book is really entertaining. It keeps the beat and the story moving forward. Add the story with the illustration and this is a book that will be a hit story time or at bedtime.
Super sweet short book for children. Has engaging cute cartoon illustrations and just enough words to keep kiddos listening,
Short and sweet. This book allowed for a shared connection of identifies our little ones feelings and physical cues. The transition between the clap and friends was a little awkward for me. But, I loved the illustration and the tips for caregivers at the end of the book. Thanks to Netgalley for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
Such a super cute and adorable, short read. Terrific for young children. I loved watching my child smile at the positivity from the book.
I really enjoyed reading this book to my son. He enjoyed having it read to him. I would recommend this books to elementary teachers as well as parents of young children
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for giving me access.
This is the perfect picture book for a toddler. A sweet simple story, very well written. The illustrations and colors are beautiful and work so well with this book. It is also the prefect length.
This book, I say, is less for caregivers, more for parents (Specifically). Parents need to learn how to grow their children and not by 2nd hand parents who are just caregivers. There is nothing like professionals when it comes to the upbringing of a child.
This picture book is written keeping in mind that the one who is caring for a child need to understand their each act be it just a giggling. To make them learn, one must learn first and know how to make children happy. You have to play with them and share with them the food and tell them stories and every single act which will prepare them for coming requirements, say basic necessities, with their growing age. Body language is very important because when it comes to feelings, words shorten.
This is a nice picture book which seems like parents playing with their child.
This book was a great read. Wonderful for story time at home or in the library. I really enjoyed that it gives tips for caregivers at the end. I found that to be really sweet and helpful.
This is an absolutely adorable book! I love reading some of these children's books to my toddler and this was no exception. The illustrations are so bright and fun, but simple and easily understandable. The story is also perfect for toddlers- the length is great and kept my toddler's attention. He loved reading along and acting out some of the pages.
There is a great list of tips at the end of the book for adults. I really enjoyed reading through them
PERFECT for a storytime, either for librarians or teachers or parents. Very adorable art, and the rhythm of the storytelling is very readable.
This is a simple, sweet little story to read to your toddler, and the tips for caregivers of toddlers at the end are spot-on. While it's not so much a story as a telling of events over the course of a day, it's really perfect for the audience.
The illustrations are bright and cheerful while soft and engaging. I think little ones will enjoy the colors and expressions of the small child in the book.
I definitely would want this one in print to add the tactile experience for the kids and to have another reason to get away from the screen.
I spend my days telling toddlers " I see you" in so many different way and I really appreciated the tips at the end of this book, with explanations on why we need to be constantly reaffirming them all day long.
The illustrations are beautiful. It's a simple book to understand with a great message. I'll definitely be seeking this one out on Pub day for my classroom!

This is a very cute and engaging book for babies/toddlers. The rhyming felt like it was the right pace and cadence for young children to keep them interested and the illustrations are simple while being engaging based on the words on the page. This is a book that would be easily accessible for young children to interact with and the pictures are great for kids to focus on.
This would make a nice addition to any nursery shelf! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review an eARC of this book.
