I haven't reached this point in my life yet but this was an inspirational book for women of all ages. We can do this!
Maybe Now Maybe Never is book #2 of a series. I did not read the first book and was able to follow along as it read like a stand-alone. The story is about a group of women over the age of 50. It was refreshing to read a story about older women. At times I found the book to drag a bit but overall I enjoyed it.
Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for allowing me to read an advanced copy. All opinions are my own.
A fun, engaging story about a group of women friends over the age of 50. The story covers romance, family relationships, and finding yourself and what you want.
Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this ARC in return for my honest review.
What a great series and story. I really enjoyed reading about Rachel, Marla and Suzanne.
I started with the first book in the series - Falling apart.
I will say it’s nice to read a story about who are older than 20.
The only issue was there was not a lot to distinguish between the characters and not a lot of depth to the writing.
All. That being said - I enjoyed the story and I highly recommend,,end this book and the series.
I just reviewed Maybe Now, Maybe Never by Chris Posti. #MaybeNowMaybeNever #NetGalley
Maybe Now Maybe Never is the second book of this series. I have not read the first but found it easy to read as a standalone. It tells the story of women over a certain age. Most books don't address older women, however, you tend to find yourself in at least one of the characters if not a combination of several. I plan to go back and read the first and wait for the third to be published. I received a copy through Netgalley. A review was not required.
A wonderful story that captured my attention from the start. The characters are well developed and display real life experiences that I was able to relate to.
Loved reading the entertaining and engaging story. The story involves three women and their friendships, family, and romance. Suzanne's honeymoon is postponed because of her husband's son's needs. Even though Marla's boyfriend is back home waiting for her to return, Marla wants to continue working on her relationship with her biological daughter. Rachel's a widow, receives a proposal, doesn't want to get married, and wants to continue to work with her son. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written full of captivating characters, and a must read riveting storyline.

I did not finish this book. I was about 50% in. I got tired of the whining and the fussing of these three woman. You would think they were early 20's at most by how they behaved.
I just gave up. I do not recommend. This is also advertised as Christian fiction but besides a church wedding and prayer before eating, there was no way of knowing this was a Christian book.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher.
