I D E V O U R E D this latest from Alex Finlay...like, drank it, ate it, bathed in it for the 2 days it took me to finish.

Cleverly crafted, Finlay takes us on a wickedly sinister dive into the mysterious night that ended with the disappearance of a teenage girl.
The intricacies woven throughout left me speechless, I had to rewind a couple of times to make sure I was following each detail to its core- WOWZA.

Excellent narration by Helen Laser, John Pirhalla & Paul Dateh that allowed me to gear up in my wetsuit, take that deep dive into the lake and retrieve the missing car to start the ball rolling...

Enjoyable mystery with excellent narration by Helen Laser, John Pirhalla, and Paul Dateh.

Buckle your seatbelts because Alex Finlay is about to take you on a quite a wild ride. Told st breakneck speed and through three distinct points of view, If Something Happens to Me is an action packed. Suspense filled thriller. Finlay merges the three stories in dramatic fashion and I was so there for it.

This book has it all - murder, revenge, bullying, grief, romance, and a cast of characters whose actions will have you on the edge of your seat. The narration by Helen Laser, John Pirhalla, and Paul Dateh is phenomenal with each providing a distinct voice for their characters’ story lines. I binge listened and reset the auto timer nearly every time it expired; promising myself to listen to just one more chapter until one more chapter turned into the entire book.

This book will have your pulse racing until the final reveal. Alex Finlay delivers another knockout punch.

Yes! Alex Finlay is back at it and his new novel packs a punch!! I literally binged this whole audiobook in one evening because I just couldn't put it down! The narration is great, the story is easy to follow, and it's so captivating! While the twists weren't incredibly hard to figure out, it was so good!

If Something Happens To Me is a fast paced, non stop action packed bingeable thriller. There are multiple storylines that truly don't quite connect together, until they all do and let me tell you it was explosive. It was such a fun ride, it kept me hooked, intrigued from start to finish.

I thought the storyline was super interesting. It truly keeps the reader interested. All the chapters were super short and snappy, that makes for a read that you can't put down and just keep flipping those pages until the end.

Was it the WOW thriller factor I was expecting.. no.. that first twist truly got me, I wasn't expecting it so when the ending just neatly wrapped up in a bow, I just wanted a final blow. Nonetheless, it's a super fun thriller that is definitely worth the hype and the read.

🎧 The narration by Helen Laser, John Pirhalla & Paul Dateh was really good. I loved the multiple voices for each POV, I loved how unique each of them were. I really felt like I was watching a movie without the visuals. I highly recommend the audio performance.
