https://www.goodreads.com/reviSo this book has a lot in it. It starts off with a bit of a ghost story vibe to it that never fully goes away, and rightfully so. But it also adds in a few other surprise paranormal aspects that I enjoyed. It was a strange blend but it worked.
If you liked the show 'Supernatural' you might enjoy this. Granted this guy is no Winchester but the mixed elements for a fun story are all here. I wouldn't call this scary but it has good unsettling vibe moments. Also some light humor. I dont think our MC takes things too seriously very often. He has learned to just roll with a lot of crap that comes his way with a bit of shoulder shrugging ease. ew/show/729442046

Really great horror that grabs your interest from the opening when the main character wakes up in the morgue, and keeps you turning pages. Dimitri is an engaging protagonist who reminded me a bit of Koontz’s Odd Thomas. Poe is great too. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more by the author.
