This is the perfect book for a reluctant reader, especially one who loves action and humor. Henry Lambert makes TV’s Urkel look like the captain of the football team, so his dad decides to send him to a survival camp to "toughen him up." That’s bad enough—but things take a dark turn when the camp counselor is murdered, leaving Henry and the other campers literally fighting for their lives.

With plenty of laughs and heart-pounding thrills, this book has “boy appeal” written all over it and is sure to hook even the most reluctant readers. That said, girls will enjoy it too, but it truly shines in the hands of boys who might not normally pick up a book. It's a winner for keeping kids turning the pages!
