Paging Dr. Hart has it all!

💙Exciting storyline

💙Thrilling backstory

💙Mysterious texts

💙Hunky doctor MMC

💙Fiery & smart doctor FMC

💙Slow-burning chemistry

I was completely fascinated with Tiffany and Ethan’s story and equally invested in discovering Tiffany’s mysterious and heartbreaking backstory.

The characters are easily relatable. The storyline is exciting and a little bit dangerous. The book left me with so many questions! I must know what happens next!

This is the second book I’ve read by the author and I am a total fangirl! Dr. Dymond’s stories are beautifully and purposefully written. The characters are thoughtfully created and easily relatable. Her storylines are fun, funny, heartfelt and wonderfully entertaining. I’m ready for the next book!

I really enjoyed this story! It's a contemporary medical romance with suspense & it's told from Dr Tiffany Hart's pov. There's flashbacks throughout of her past spanning from childhood to adult that slowly reveal what made her into the person that she is today which has garnered her the nickname of Ice Queen from her peers. Now, things from her past threaten to interfere with her present & derail everything that she has worked hard to build. But can she figure out what's going on in time before it all explodes around her?

In addition to dealing with all of that, Dr Ethan Clark comes crashing onto the scene. He won my heart from the very beginning! He's the quintessential golden retriever MMC. He falls first & harder even though the chemistry between the two was there from the beginning & there's nothing he won't do when it comes to Tiffany. The sunshine to her grumpy "Ice Queen" nature. He fights for her in more ways than one, takes care of her throughout & does everything you would expect of a perfect book boyfriend. (Swoon) Add in a fun trip to Disney World, a sweet blossoming love story, numerous side stories to become immersed in & side characters to be intrigued by and you've got the makings of a great read!

I highly recommend checking this one out!! It comes in your choice of two different spice levels:

💗a sweet, closed door version &
🌶a spicy, open door version

...so that everyone can feel comfortable reading it.

A big thanks to the author & NetGalley for providing me an ARC to review! It's been a pleasure & looking forward to reading more!
This is my honest review.

This was not what I was expecting when I thought of a medical romance, Though I really liked what the author did with the story. This made me smile and very sad at times. This is a very relatable story with a lot of ups and downs and seeing how our Main character changed and what kind of stress she had on her even at a young age.

I was expecting "just" a romance, but this book turned out to be so much more. Tiffany's past, which is one timeline, is displayed in depth and with emotions riding high. It wasn't an easy life and nothing was spared in the telling. Tiffany has a stiff back bone and you know why after her past is totally explored.

The other timeline explores her life as a radiology resident. She is pretty lonely on the island she has created for herself. Then along comes Ethan. He's someone she is supposed to help train, but he calls her on a mistake almost from the very first meeting and her hackles are raised. There is something there between them, but she's holding him at arm's length and he is such a great guy that he respects that.

Ethan really is a great guy. There is so little about him to dislike and Tiffany has to eventually see that. But has she kept the secrets of her past from him for so long that he won't be able to forgive her?

This really was a fantastic book!

Thanks to Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for the copy. All thoughts are my own.

I loved the multiple stories happening in this book. Not only did you have the growing love story with Ethan and Tiffany, but there is also a journey about growing up, overcoming your past and making amends.

Present day mixing with the past to tell Tiffany’s story was really well done. I felt for her and everything she went through trying to help her family stay afloat while trying to make sure she accomplished her dreams as well.

There were some really suspenseful moments in this book that I wasn’t expecting. I really enjoyed it!

Thank to NetGalley and Melissa Dymond for the ARC!

I was so surprised by this book! I absolutely loved it! It was my best read of the month.
I started reading it thinking it was just a romance novel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the suspense and mystery that kept me hooked the whole time. There are two versions available: one with spicy scenes, which is the one I read, and another version with kissing only, which is sweet.
Tiffany is a complex character with a difficult past, which we learn about through flashback chapters. These chapters were very emotional and kept me completely captivated. I loved seeing how her past connected with her present and how she grew as a person throughout the story.
Ethan is a refreshing character who brought a lot of humor to the story. He made me smile several times throughout the book, and I loved the chemistry he had with Tiffany.
I don't want to say too much about them and their relationship so I don't spoil anything. But I really loved both of them, they are relatable and well-developed.
The setting of the book was also excellent. I've been to Las Vegas, but the Las Vegas that the author described was different. I felt like I was transported there, and I even got goosebumps in several scenes. I loved the contrast between the present and past chapters. Also love the other settings, one in particular.
The suspense and mystery were perfectly balanced with the romance, and I found myself making theories and connecting clues. I couldn't put the book down!
The book has several surprises, including many references to Taylor Swift songs. I like the writing style of Melissa.
I had the opportunity to chat with the author via DM and tell her my reactions to the book, my theories, and where I think the story could go. I hope to read more about this world and its characters in the future.
Towards the end, it was impossible to stop reading!
I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a romantic suspense novel that will keep them hooked and on the edge of their seat! Can't wait to read more of this author.
Thank you NetGalley for the eARC. All thoughts are my own, and I’m leaving this review voluntarily.

I couldn’t put it down !
Paging Dr. Hart was beautifully written and skillfully balanced between past and present, allowing us to witness the growth and evolution of its complex characters. It’s was my second book from Dr. Melissa Dymond and i have to commend her on her ability to make me feel what her characters are feeling.

The relationship between Tiffany and Ethan is portrayed with honesty and depth, providing a refreshing contrast to the heavier themes explored in Tiffany's past.
Ethan emerges as a beacon of light and devotion, beautifully complementing Tiffany's journey (it felt so good to come back to him after a few chapters in Tiffany’s past)
The bonus chapter from his perspective offers a delightful insight into his unwavering affection for Tiffany.
And Ethan's nickname for Tiffany adds an extra layer of sweetness to their relationship.

I can only advise you to read this book !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
🌶️

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Tiffany and Ethan are grumpy/sunshine goodness, and Ethan is basically a walking green flag with how patient he is with Tiffany and how he cared for her even when she was trying to push him away. Tiffany didn’t have the easiest life growing up, so it was hard for her to trust that people had the right intentions. She was closed off and impersonal and never really let people get to know her. With Ethan, she kind of knew right early on that he was going to be a bigger part of her life but didn’t want to fall for him and have him leave. Tiffany and Ethan begin working with each other, and every day, Ethan shows her the kind of man he is, from being there for her through tough nightmares to making sure she has creamer for her coffee. They get sent to work on a project and end up sharing an apartment. They grow extremely close during this time, and Tiffany debates telling him about her past. We get to see flashbacks of Tiffany from when she was a young child, to when she was eighteen and we see how hard her life is and how it led to why she is the way she is. Her past starts to catch up to her, and she makes tough decisions regarding what to do about it. Ethan’s support never wavers, even after he finds out some of the things she did as a teenager. I loved the suspense/mystery elements of this book. Tiffany went through a lot, and it was awesome to see how she overcame her past. Ethan was just the perfect book boyfriend. He stuck by Tiffany through the fun times and the awful times. Held her close when she needed it and made her feel like she could be herself. Great read!

Paging Dr. Hart is a sweet workplace romance with a MMC that is easy to fall in love with. There is also a bit of mystery so prepare for a complex backstory and a FMC with some secrets. Overall, this is easy summer reading!

At first, I was all in on Tiffany and Ethan’s love story. Ethan is such a sweetheart and the attraction was hot!
I was invested in Tiffany and understanding her “ice queen” reputation.
Then, the story became more about Tiffany’s past and less about the romance. The story got wild really quicky, and I was left feeling a bit disappointed and confused.

Would you recommend this book?
What I liked most about this book was the romance between Tiffany and Ethan. I wished the whole book was just about them. Tiffany’s backstory provided some texture to the story at first, and I appreciated the flashbacks in the first half of the story. It helped me understand Tiffany’s issues with opening up to others and being vulnerable. However, by the second half, it felt like I was reading two different stories. Tiffany’s past took an unexpected turn of events that just didn’t seem to match up with the Tiffany in the present. How the author tried to tie them all together in the end with the final sequence of events seemed unbelievable and a bit forced.

Would you be friends with the main character IRL?
I would love to be friends with Ethan and Tiffany. They are both hard-working medical professionals but know how to have fun. While at a medical conference in Disney, they skip out on a morning of boring lectures to go eat and ride their way through Epcot. I absolutely would do the same!

Medical romance and enemies to lovers are my favorite tropes and stories to read. I think my expectations were too high for this book, and the ending left me feeling a little disappointed.

I enjoyed the characters and their banter, as well as the flashbacks that provided more insight into Tiffany's background. However, at times the story felt a bit unrealistic. For instance, the idea of an 18-year-old planning to rob the mafia seemed far-fetched to me. I appreciated the romantic aspects of the book but felt that the suspense story was unnecessary. I would have preferred the focus to remain on the main couple and the challenges they faced in their relationship. The introduction of characters from Tiffany's past felt out of place and didn't add much to the story in my opinion. Rafe was a member of a gang and was initially kind to Tiffany. However, he later turned into a bad guy before becoming good again, which was a little confusing... Overall, I believe many people will enjoy this story because of its romance, humor, and compelling chemistry, but it didn't quite resonate with me.

Thank you NetGalley and Publisher for the eARC.

This book gave me all the feels! I started reading it and then I couldn't stop, it's such a page turner. I loved how the author would go into the character's past but still keep it from getting confusing. If you love romance with a bit of suspense, this is a definite read!

Paging Dr. Hart is a swoon-inducing, page-turning, medical romance novel. Read if you like enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity, slow-burn chemistry, and pulse-pounding suspense.

Ice Queen. That’s what the other residents call Dr. Tiffany Hart. Troubled by her dark past, Tiffany keeps everyone at arms length to protect herself. She has her work and her cat, what else could she possibly need, besides some extra cash that comes with the coveted Resident of the Month award. Until the annoying, new handsome doctor, Ethan Clark starts trying to befriend her.

When Tiffany and Ethan are forced to continuously work together, Ethan starts chipping away at her icy exterior. Revealing feelings and desires that Tiffany has convinced herself she is immune to.

But as Tiffany learns the hard way, much like her past, you can only run from your feelings for so long.

Will Tiffany and Ethan be able to have a sparkling happily ever after or will they have to pull the plug on their relationship before it even begins?

I adored this story! Not only is the story
Available in TWO versions:
Spicy, when you want all the intimate details and descriptions or
Sweet, when you still want the love and romance but in a feel good kind of way!

BUT, the story itself was so good!
I loved Ethan. His positivity was infectious, and I loved his character in contrast to Tiffany’s.

I loved this author and look forward to reading more of her books!!

Thanks so much to Dr. Melissa Dymond, NetGalley, and

A swoony medical romance with dark secrets and plenty of tension.

This was a super enjoyable read🫶🏼 “Ice queen” Dr. Tiffany Hart has loads of layers to her personality and the dual timeline works so well to introduce her dark past and its threat to her present and future. And it’s a future that hangs in the balance as she falls for the new stupidly sexy doc on the scene, Ethan Clark. His ability to make Tiffy feel safe and valued is so wholesome. Total book boyf vibes, green flags and tender kisses all the way.

PLUS it’s available in TWO versions: 1. Spicy- explicit language and intimate scenes 2. Sweet- no language. Kissing only. Choose the version that works best for you 🫶🏼

A STEM romance with close proximity is perfection for me. This book did not disappoint. It’s a medical romance about two rival doctors in the same department. But it’s also a suspense with secret, creepy text messages about hidden past events, and a kidnapping. It’s really well written. Both main characters have deep backstories, and full personalities. Their chemistry is immediate, but in true rivals fashion, they fight it (her more than him). Their relationship is so sweet. He remembers how she likes her coffee. He rescues her from nightmares. They go to Disney. The burn is enjoyably slow, and the spice is perfection (please see note re: spice below). The romance and the suspense storylines are so detailed and intriguing that they could be separate books but when the timelines match up and it all comes together? Perfection. It’s unique and it’s captivating.

Please note—this book is available in 1) A spicy/open-door version with mild explicit language and sex scenes 2) A sweet/clean/closed-door version with no language and only kissing.

Plus 10% of proceeds go to lung cancer research.

Paging Dr. Hart by Dr. Melissa Dymond was a sweet contemporary romance novel!
This was such a fun read and I loved every minute I spent reading it! I had a hard time putting this one down because I was completely sucked into the story and I really wanted to know how it would end.
I really enjoyed the characters and the storyline in this one. I found the characters were relatable and I was rooting for them and a happily ever after ending.

‘Paging Dr. Hart’ was one of those books I knew I wanted to read just by looking at the cover. It just grabbed my attention right from the start.

This book was mostly set inside the walls of the hospital. And as a nurse who used to work in a hospital, I loved being back inside the hospital for a little while. The dynamic of working in a hospital, and the way the doctors talked with each other.. I really enjoyed reading those moments.

The romance between Tiffany and Ethan was nice, but it was a bit mellow for my taste, and I must admit that I didn’t really feel their chemistry as much as I hoped when I started. I definitely enjoyed reading about Tiffany, and I really felt like I got to know her. But Ethan’s characters still felt a bit like a stranger to me.

In the end this book also had some twists I honestly didn’t really get. And it felt like it was all a bit rushed. Overall I had fun, but feel like this book could be more.

I was hooked to the book from the first chapter. This book had a bit of everything. I really liked the dual timeline here where we get to see how Tiffany grew up and what were the situations and circumstances that led to her keeping her guard up all the time. And given her past - her struggles, losses and betrayals, it makes sense for her to not let people in so she doesn't get hurt again. It helped us understand her character better.

The suspense aspect was really well done and I was so eager to find out what truly happened in the past that's come back to haunt her in the present. What was she running away from and why does she need to hide it from Ethan? I kept trying to figure out what could've happened and who could've done what the whole time. That plot slowly unravels over the years of the past chapters.

Tiffany has definitely been through a lot in life and seen a lot of hardships in life but she has worked her ass off to get out of the life she had and to work towards the life she wanted to lead. But her past is also the reason why she doesn't let anyone in. The character development was good, where we see Tiffany's inner conflicts about wanting to feel connections again but also holding herself back from being hurt again and how she slowly comes to terms with her past, the loss, grief, guilt, betrayal, in order to stop trying to sabotage her own happiness.

Absolutely loved Ethan and how patient, understanding and thoughtful he was. How he paid attention to everything Tiffany did and memorized her likes and dislikes. He put up with her when she lashed out at him in order to keep him at a distance but he was unperturbed and relentless in trying to win her over and communicated what he wanted clearly. He never stopped trying with Tiffany and he didn't hide how he felt about her either. We get a good understanding of Ethan's character as well. His past, his upbringing, his insecurities and his dreams. He was the greenest flag.

Their relationship went from terrible first meeting to slowly getting used to being around each other to friendship to more. Ethan slowly but surely wore Tiffany down and made her bring down her walls.

This had a perfect balance of romance and suspense and I absolutely loved it.

Loved the TS references throughout the book. I also like that the author made two versions, one with the spicy scenes and one with a closed door version so everyone can enjoy is story at their own comfort.

I did have a few questions towards the ending but I guess that will be covered more in the next books in the series as the author mentions that it will be a series of interconnected standalones. I am eager to know who the next books will be about. Also waiting to see if there will be a book for a certain character that I don't know if I hate or love yet.
