2 women love one man and that’s awesome but can one woman hate him so much , enough to kill ? Read it ! Great domestic thriller

This was a quick, fast paced thriller and I was surprised how much I loved this book! This was my first book by Holly Down, but won't be my last! Had a great twist at the end that I didn't see coming!

I really wanted to enjoy this book but I really struggled worth it, I didn't enjoy any of the characters, it was hard to get into.

Although this was a quick, fast paced thriller, I found the multiple twists and turns to be unnecessary and unrealistic. Also had unlikelable and unreliable characters.
But this was a good “palette cleanser” read, this just felt like an example of trying to do too much in a thriller.

I liked this book but I couldnt say I loved it. There was just too many characters. At times it got confusing and the ending left me disappointed.

This had me gripped from the very first page, this was a fast paced rollercoaster ride with so many twists and turns I never knew where this was going. This was filled with obsession and mystery and I highly recommend.

Took me a couple of tries to get into but it eventually got its claws in and I was extremely sucked in. Very well done ending!

It took me a bit to get into it, but once I hit part 2, whew the snowball kept snowballing. I personally was not expecting the twist, I'm a bit mixed on the ending, but okay. WOW. I did not see any of the plot twists coming with this one, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this book. It was a rollercoaster of a read, and kept me at the edge of my seat the whole way through. I literally couldn’t have guessed where we ended up at no matter how much I thought I had it figured out. The characters were well written, and the plot was insanely articulate.

Highly recommend!

The Other Woman by Holly Down was an excellent book from start to finish and an addictive read and so hard to put this book down. It was a completely gripping psychological thriller with an excellent twist especially as I did not see that coming!

I loved this book and highly recommend it.

What a wild ride. I can't say too much for fear of giving something away, but this was a very enjoyable psychological thriller that had me gasp on a couple of different occasions. It's not often that a book catches me off guard, but this one did. 3.5 stars rounded up.

I found this book was full of gripping twists and turns and i thoroughly enjoyed reading it- it read like a TV drama and i could imagine it making a good show.
Just when the author gave what seemed like the ultimate twist, another one comes after it. I was admittedly a bit sad with the ending and i think i would have preferred the happy ending- especially after everything. I found one of the characters disturbing and slightly frightening. Even to the very end she was delulu.
I will look forward to future books from this author.

I'm afraid this is not at the top of my list of favourite books. I really didn't like the characters and found that the plot just got a little too complicated for me to be able to enjoy.

The Other Woman had twists that just kept twisting. I read this book in 24 hours. From the first chapter it had me hooked. The story follows David and Kitty, a married couple who work for the same tv station. Seemingly a normal run of the mill couple, that are battling infertility and working to make their marriage work. For me this book was quick paced, had moderate world building, but the twists hit just the way they should! This book gave me Frieda McFadden vibes with the twists you just don't see coming. At one point I thought I had the ending figured out and my jaw was on the floor because I definitely didn't!

I think that the author did have a good idea in place at the start but it just fell flat. It didn’t feel like I was reading anything new and it just didn’t get there in the end. There was so much going on, I wouldn’t have minded if one or two of the storyline’s/twist were done really well but they all fell a bit flat.

I like where the author was going with this story but it ended up falling flat for me because it was a little confusing and slow at times.

David and Kitty have a long, seemingly happy marriage but, when it seems David is hooking up with his younger, good looking co-worker, Kitty unravels.

This book includes murder, infidelity, chaos, deceit. Everything a classic thriller needs to thrive and I think it was definitely an interesting read but I just would’ve preferred it to be a little more straight forward.

This just had so much going on! And not in a bad way once I got the hang of who everyone was and all the twists and such. It's definitely not something you can speed read whilst doing the cooking but it does draw you in and keep you captivated throughout. Really enjoyable

This book had a lot going on, with numerous twists and an abundance of unreliable narrators. While these elements made for an interesting read, they also created some confusion. I struggled to connect with any of the characters, which left me indifferent to their fates. Despite this, I applaud the author's creativity, even though the story felt unrealistic at times and ultimately missed the mark for me. However, if you enjoy intricate plots with plenty of twists and a cast of unreliable narrators, this book might be perfect for you.
