The writing is written with twists and turns in mind and they keep a coming right up until the end

I liked Rachel and was unsure on Tom and as for Chloe, well she was annoyingly brilliant as a character

Any book mentioning ‘Scooby Doo’ has favour with me too 😎

One small point is the cover which looks drab to me and not evocative of what is inside at all ( well imo anyway )

I finished this book and my jaw was on the floor. Yes, Rachel is gullible. You'll spend most of the book wanting her to open her eyes and see the red flags. Honestly, that is part of the fun. Rachel is like a character in a horror movie and I felt like I was shouting at the screen "Look behind you."

Here's what I loved:

*The twists! Especially the ending.
*The over-the-top campy characters.

Very easy read. A good thriller ; I’d recommend it. This was my first read by this author but it is very predictable, still good though.

The book centers around three main characters Rachel, her husband Tom and Tom's work colleague Chloe. Rachel and Tom are now in their dream home bought with Rachels inheritance from her father. Tom has been at the property for several months renovating the house while Rachel continued to work at her former job until the house was ready for her to bring their son with them and begin their new life in Cornwell.

Lots of red herrings that keep the pace of the story moving along quickly and once again some clever writing by Sue Watson. This author continues to write quality stories that draw you in and once you think you know where it is going, you a thrown another curve ball. I really did not like any of the characters but they were brilliantly portrayed, each holding their own secrets close to their hearts.

There are several oh my god moments and if you enjoy psychological thrillers you will enjoy this book. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.

Sue Watson is always a great read! I don't know why I don't hear about her more! This new one is a thrilling edge of your seater that continuously filled me with dread. It's hard to say much without spoilers. There are a couple of good reveals but I did see the final one coming! It didn't bother me though! Most of the characters are unlikeable but that is just a diversion to make you question who the bad guy is! Definitely a must read! You, Me, Her by Sue Watson is an insane psychological thriller that will keep you on the edge of your nerves and keep the guessing sanity of anyone! This is a total madhouse! Like, AAAAA, madhouse! Ok, I had my suspicions but even though that twist left me gasping for air!
What a work of manipulation!

When Rachel and Tom move to Cornwall she hopes for a new, fresh start. Instead, she gets a fresh nightmare! Tom said to stay away from her new friend Chloe but she didn't listen. Her friend Rose marks out the red flags around Chloe but Rachel doesn't listen... and then it is too late.

Once again Sue Watson does not disappoint. It has many twists and turns and will leave you guessing to the end. If you like psychological suspense you will love this book.

I had such a fun time reading this book! There wore some things I loved about this book but there was also some things I didn’t enjoy.

Firstly the small things I didn’t enjoy wore the MC made me want to tear my hair out at parts. And I knew exactly where the story was going to go (which isn’t always a bad thing)

Now the things I loved are way more important! I loved Chloe so much, there was times I was reading and I had to check out my window to make sure nobody was staring up at me and the ending!! Although annoying it was the perfect ending!

Even though it was predictable I still had such a good time reading and that’s the main thing!

I mean the cover says it all you will not want to put “you, me, her” down!

Rachel and Tom have had some time apart recently, while Rachel stays in their current home with their son and Tom renovates and prepares their new mansion on the coast - thanks to the passing of Rachel's father and her inheritance. Once the house is ready and Rachel and their son Sam move in, weird things start happening and it's up to Rachel to figure out why and who to trust.

From the very beginning of this story, I knew I would hate Tom. The author did a great job of trying to paint him to be the doting, caring husband but I wasn't buying it. This book kept me absolutely hooked with the strange occurrences and stalking situation! I will say that I somewhat suspected the twist at the very end, but I don't know that many others would.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book & it was a very quick read for me.

It took me awhile to get into this book due to me disliking every single character in this book. I did not root for anyone and that made me less invested in the story in the beginning. But then... no, I did not suddenly start liking a character in the book, but I was drawn to the story due to the writing being so good, and the premises as well as the atmosphere somehow were very vivid and I enjoyed the descriptions and suspense in the book. This sometimes happens to me when I don't really like the characters, that it takes awhile for me to get into the story. It was definitely worth the read, and I especially enjoyed the ending!

I am absolutely astounded by how quickly this book has become my favorite of the year. It's fast-paced, beautifully written, and the plot twists were absolutely perfect. I adored this book so much that even after a couple of days, I'm still thinking about it. The suspense had me on the edge of my seat—or rather, the edge of the bed; at one point, I had to stand up just to keep reading, especially when the major plot twist hit—I might have even let out a little shriek. And that last sentence? Wow. Now, I feel compelled to reread the book, searching for the hints of the plot twist. This book is definitely worth the read, and I strongly recommend it. Needless to say, I'll be purchasing more of the author's other books.

Wow! What a read!! Everything you want in a thriller!! Fast paced, characters written perfectly, suspense, mystery and ME suspecting everyone. And THAT ending! Hope you’re writing a sequel to this one Sue Watson!!

I loved how Sue Watson built up the suspense in this novel. It kept me reading through the day so I practically read the whole book in one sitting. Rachel's father died of Covid 4 years ago, leaving her wealthy. She has finally used the money to buy a beautiful house in Cornwall, a million miles from her cramped Manchester flat where she lived with son Sam and Husband Tom. Tom was not happy that Rachel's father forbid him from having access to the money but he has committed himself to making the house perfect for his wife and son. With the house finished, Rachel and Sam join Tom and prepare to spend an idyllic time in their new home. But, on their first evening together, they are disturbed by Chloe, their estate agent, who still has keys to the house. Tom warns Rachel that Chloe is dangerous but, Whilst Tom is away working, the two women strike up a friendship. But someone is doing their best to frighten Rachel, using information about a tragedy in her past that has left her afraid of water. Is Chloe responsible or is someone else orchestrating the terrifying happenings in and around the house? The author cleverly posts clues to who is responsible and these led me to work things out ahead of the denouement but that only increased my enjoyment as I found myself willing Rachel to see the truth. This is a well-crafted suspense novel that would be loved by fans of Lucy Foley and Lisa Jewell.

Another great read by this author. I've read a fair few of her books now and her writing style is so informal it just draws you in. This one starts off super creepy and the question you're asking yourself is who is it? And why? Nobody writes tense domestic drama better and I was drawn in to the conflict, wondering how this would all pan out.

Another excellent fast paced psychological thriller by Watson. Tom and Rachel have moved into Tom’s dream home by the sea. Rachel stayed in their old apartment with their young son hours away while Tom handled the entire remodel and purchase of their new property. While using up the entire amount of Rachel’s inheritance from her recently deceased father, Tom has made all the decisions on the new property, much to Rachel’s chagrin. As strange things begin to happen at the property, including the real estate agent that keeps popping up, Rachel feels uneasy in her new home. Fast paced thriller with an excellent twist, not to be missed.

This book quickly drew me in with a twisty plot and unreliable characters...just who is the villain here?

Rachel's father dies and leaves her a huge inheritance with one stipulation--it's for her, not her husband Tom. Rachel is embarrassed by her father's harsh exclusion of her husband, and when they buy their (Tom's) dream home by the sea, Tom announces that he will be in charge of renovations while Rachel stays behind with with their young son, finishing up work and emptying the old home. Rachel is reticent about the move, especially living so near the water, which she is deathly afraid of.

When she sees the finished house, she marvels at Tom's workmanship. Everything is beautiful and just as she would have chosen--except for one thing. When he leads her out the garden, he happily shows her an in-ground swimming pool.

Tom, the man who knows his wife is deathly afraid of water and why, has chosen a house by the sea and furnished it with a swimming pool. Read the room, man.

I'm busy hating Tom when the front door opens and a strange woman lets herself inside like she lives there. Turns out she is Chloe, the real estate agent, who has her own set of keys and is surprised to see Rachel there. Tom gets weird, Chloe leaves, and he tells his wife to stay away from Chloe because she is 'dangerous.'

Everything that happens next is buckets of crazy, and the only thing keeping me from a perfect review is my annoyance with the ending. No spoilers, but it made me say a lot of profanities out loud.

Rachel moves into a new house by the sea with husband Tom and their son. It is meant to be the start of their perfect new life but then she meets Chloe. Chloe becomes her friend, however her husband does not seem too keen, and then strange things occur.

This is my first Sue Watson book and certainly won’t be my last! This was a very entertaining novel full of twists, drama and shocks. The author manages to create a creepy tone throughout the novel and you never really know who you can trust. I enjoyed seeing the characters develop, although Rachel was a bit irritating at times.

I did find that some phrases were a bit repetitive and I worked out one of the main twists about half way along. Even so, I enjoyed this thriller and advise anyone planning to read to be prepared for a wild ride. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this copy in return for an honest review.
