Great writing! I love a good, angsty romance with a nice, slow-burning tension and that's what this was. I also love Paris, so this worked for me! And it worked better than other books in the series, which is exciting. The dessert and Paris descriptions were still amazing, as in the other books in the series. Laura Florand is so good at that and swept me away to a new place.
