Zetas Till We Die follows 5 sorrity sisters who reconnect after several years in honor of their 6th sorrity sister who tragically died while they were in college.
This was a neat mystery that was pretty entertaining. I liked how the author flased back to the college days to give more insight into the lives of college sorrity sisters. There is the typical camaraderie, arguments and disagreements. One night one of these disagreements will change the whole trajectory of the Zetas lives.
The author did a really good job with displaying what a sisterhood is like and sisters remain loyal to one another. The book was a bit long but overall a solid 4 star read.

Zetas til we die by Amber and Danielle Brown was a fun, interesting, page turning read! I actually really enjoyed this book, and couldn't put it down. The story follows a group of sorority sisters from Arcadia University and their lives after a tragedy that had occurred several years earlier. During a reunion, another tragedy takes place, followed by many more. Lots of twists of turns, sisterhood, friendship, love and everything that makes a good story most enjoyable.
Thank you to Net Galley and the publisher for the early release of Zetas Til We Die by Amber and Danielle Brown. All opinions are my own.

I enjoyed this book. I made the mistake of reading a review before I read it and that made me hesitant to read. However, once I shook that over and read it for myself, I was all in. Several twists and I was able to figure it out, after some anxiety and staying up all night. You know a book is good if you keep telling yourself - just one more chapter! ROFL

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the early release of Zetas Til We Die by Amber and Danielle Brown. All opinions are my own. This was a mediocre thriller that had me intrigued by the synopsis but fell short during the reading experience. I did not really connect with the characters which made it hard for me to connect with the book. This was not bad by any means it just was not very shocking to me. The twists and plots seemed pretty obvious to me. If you are newer to thrillers you will probably enjoy this one more than an avid thriller reader.

The story was good, the dialogue and other bits felt juvenile at times and a little hokey but the concept was good.

One girl from a sorority is found dead at the bottom of the stairs with a boy who’s been allegedly stalking her hovering over her body. The sorority sister, Priscilla, who finds her believes he’s the one to do it and with the help of her sisters, they build a case that gets him convicted for her murder. 10 years later, he is released as the math just ain’t mathin, and as the sorority sisters start getting picked off one by one - Priscilla believes he’s back to get revenge.
This book had potential, it was an easy read - I never felt like i struggled to get through it and enjoyed the past/present/trial POVs. Unfortunately though, overall, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. For one, it was too long. There was so much unnecessary detail included in this book and I found the brand references, descriptive language, and self-absorbed thoughts of the characters were distracting. It reminded me of “In my dreams I hold a knife” but just because the sisters were just as insufferable as the frat characters in that book - I sometimes don’t know if the authors were intending for their characters to be unlikeable... And then building off this, I just wasn’t invested in the characters - I quite often had to flip back to figure out who was who. Even when characters start getting picked off the FMC is still trying to seduce her husband - it just didn’t seem realistic. There was also other plot holes and parts that didn’t quite add up or seem to fit with the narrative, and this resulted in the ending falling flat for me. There also was some lost opportunities here to make the twists hit home a bit more: for example - husband’s secret didn’t land as he was a side story, the FMC not getting the opportunity to confront the one who was responsible for the initial event was also disappointing.
This is my honest review of the book - thanks for the opportunity to read it from NetGalley.

Zetas Will Die was a twisty turny thriller with some romance. This book kept me entertained until the very end.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this arc in exchange for an honest review.
10 years after the tragic murder of one of her sorority sisters, Lupe, Priscilla is hosting their 10 year reunion when one of the sisters goes missing mysteriously the night of the party. This party also happens to be shortly after the man convicted for Lupa’s murder has been released on a technicality during the original trial. What ensues is the systematic killing and attacks on the sorority sisters while the killer slides under the radar.
This book was okay. I wasn’t overly wowed by it, but I also didn’t dislike it. It’s an adult/new adult book, but the writing style seemed more YA to me which I did feel like hampered my enjoyment. I’m also in general not a fan of sororities (or frats for that matter), and it being brought up that these girls are “sisters for life” when they haven’t all met up in 10 years is just weird to me, especially because they all live in the same area. Like I don’t get how you claim to be sisters and then don’t all hang out together for a decade. I don’t even go 10 days without spending time with my blood related sisters. The plot twists were also fairly predictable and there was a little too much drama coming from this group of grown women, acting like they were still in high school/college.
I will say I did enjoy the dual timeline and the original court proceedings were a great addition for the dual timeline. I liked that main character was a couples therapist while having her own marital problems because it made the character more reliable and real. While the book had a more YA writing style IMO it was very well written.

I was excited for this one based on the blurb! It follows a group of sorority sisters reuniting to remember their murdered friend, but things take a dark turn as they start getting eliminated one by one after the convicted killer is released. Unfortunately, the story felt slow and dragged on too long. The plot was pretty predictable, and there wasn’t much character development. Plus, the secret relationship felt forced and out of place. Overall, it was a standard mystery with standard characters.

This was on my most anticipated read list. The story started off strong. Enjoyed getting to know the characters. Became very involved in their lives. I would have enjoyed the atory more if the story didn't focus on the main character. Or at least make her more likeable. I normally don't have a problem with unlikable main character. However, this was one was too much. By the end of the story, I cared nothing about her. I was more invested in the supporting characters.
Unfortunately, around the last 3rd of the book, I started enjoying the story less. There were too many twists being thrown without you being able to understand what each one felt. Also, the story could have been cut about 50 pages.

Thanks to Graydon House and HTP for my advanced copy of Zetas Till We Die.
I'm in a sorority so I love seeing books that mention sororities but this book felt a little too drawn out for me. I liked the complex relationships these women had with each other (10 years later) but the story was too slow for me.

Review: this books is a whodunnit style mystery that follows the lives of. Friend group that were connected through a sorority in college. During their last semester, one of their sisters was murdered and the girls had to testify I court against a regular stalker, Travis.
Ten years later the women have moved on and are having a reunion. They learn that Travis is out of jail and are now in fear he will haunt them. During the reunion, Zoe goes missing and leaves the main character Priscilla to figure out the mystery.
The story goes back and forth from the present to the sorority times. There are a mix of police transcripts in there that made the mystery interesting. I liked Priscilla’s storyline a lot, especially getting a glimpse into her home and work life.
I thought it was an interesting mystery and really enjoyed the second half of the book. It moved really fast with several twists. Some you can see coming and others were a surprise to me- but I still enjoyed the ride.
I do think some of the women were underdeveloped. I wanted to understand them more and learn more about their potential motives and secrets. I also think their could have been more detail to police procedures and character common sense.
Overall, I enjoyed this mystery read. It left me wanting more. If you’re unsure in the beginning, push through it! I had fun trying to figure out who was behind the murder and what truly happened that night. It was fun piecing it all together. Read if you enjoy academia, whodunnits, and themes of sisterhood.

This was a long walk, nearly 400 pages, but I just sort of found this one to be fine. The book was well written but I definitely saw some of the twists coming.

This had a good premise, but overall, the mystery was lackluster. For the genre, the pace was too slow, and it could've benefited from a much tighter edit. The plot was quite predictable, and there was minimal character development. Some plot points felt forced or unnecessary. Nothing about the story will stick with me now that the final page has been turned.
Trigger Warning: murder, stalking, miscarriage

It was an okay mystery, but there was so much focus on the "stuff" (designer names, etc.) that I thought the story was fairly interesting, but the execution felt a little not-as-tight as I had hoped.

**spoiler alert** TW: murder, stalking, miscarriage
I got this book as an Arc so thank you so much.
I was in shock of the twist at the end since throughout it I thought Travis did it and was doing revenge like many other thriller books do or even crime shows do. I know need like a prequel or the full story of what happened and more of Lupe and her sisters when they were in college.
Overall: 3.5/5

The Zeta sisters are brought back together at a huge reunion rager thrown by the President Priscilla. All is fun and games until one of them is missing by morning… and another is attacked a day later.. is the man they put away for murdering their fellow Zeta a decade ago finally coming back for his revenge?
We mainly get Prissy’s point of view, and I really enjoyed watching everything unfold in her eyes. The big reveal was cinematic and intense, not something I was expecting in the slightest! I was on the edge of my seat for most of this book too.
Highly recommend this one for a fast paced murder mystery esque read!

As a USC sorority girl, I ATE THIS UP. I love suspense thrillers set on college campuses, whether the characters are current students or those returning to their alma mater (this one is the latter). What fun, I absolutely loved it and highly recommend. No spoilers here!
Thank you to NetGalley for this eARC in exchange for my honest review.

I love a good campus murder mystery, and i feel like a big reason this didn’t work for me as much as i hoped was that the college mystery was such a small part of the story - most of it takes place 10 years in the future. we mainly follow 2 members of a 6 girl friend group and I found their voices to be pretty similar to the point where I lost track of which narrator I was reading from. it’s still a pretty fun read but this is my 3rd book from the Browns and i think this author might just not be for me.

This whodunit book follows at a group of sorority sisters who are planning to meet at a reunion 10 years after graduation.
I really enjoyed the characters. They have depth and are multidimensional. I recommend this novel to anyone looking for a whodunit mystery thriller.
Thank you to NetGalley, the Publisher and authors for the ARC of this Novel.
