The swoon is even greater in audio. That could be my review of this book. Because @stellahunternarrator and @connorcrais reach that perfect mix of sweet, heartwarming, and sexy!

When Summer first came to Bitterroot Valley looking for a fresh start, Chase asked her out, but she shut him down. She wasn’t in the right headspace. So they remained friends… except it’s not enough.

I’m a huge Connor Crais fan, I think everyone knows this. And he knows how to bring both the sweet and the protective side that Chase has in spades, and his hotness factor.
This was my first Stella Hunter book! I loved Summer as a character and how she takes charge of her life and destiny, all while wearing her heart on her sleeve and being so helpful and open with others. Stella was the perfect Summer!

It’s seamless between them. From their first date to the things he does for her so she knows he’s close. So she knows he cares. Even the way he dotes on her dog tells you he’s in for the long haul.

When Summer is in danger because someone in their small town is coming for her, Chase is there. He brings her to his house. He wants her safe and protected, but most of all, he wants her with him. And you’ll love protective, growly Connor, ready to fight whoever it is for her just as much as you’ll love Stella’s spirit, ready to save herself and fight for what they have.

This book is super sweet and the sexy times are open and honest in writing. In audio, they felt very real. The way Connor becomes Chase in his want for Summer, the way Stella becomes Summer when she owns her desire for him. So. Good.

You get to see all his brothers, and Connor really has a knack for doing very distinct voices. And Stella… her male voice is to die for, and the way she gave me every emotion got me all smiley. As did their HEA.

A wonderful audiobook with narrators who brought the swoon to life.

I am all in with this new series! Chase and Summer's story really pulled me in. I love how strong Summer is and I loved that even when she came to town and was drawn to Chase, she didn't rush into anything. Now after years of dancing around their attraction, Summer and Chase are finally giving in to the feelings they have.

I love the protectiveness that Chase feels for Summer even before they are officially together. He is truly a perfect book boyfriend. I love Summer's independence.

Ms. Proby has done a great job of bringing us into the Wild family and getting to know everyone as well as telling the main story. I loved getting to see the wedding in this book and seeing all of Erin's family again. This is such a special group of characters. I can't wait for the next one!

I listened to this on audio and didn't want to stop listening. Such a great story and well told by the narrators.

I loved Summer and Chase’s story so much! This book had everything I adore in small town romance! Set in the charming small town of Bitterroot Valley, Chasing Wild is a sweet and swoony romance with side of suspense. Summer and Chase had AMAZING chemistry!! Their romance was incredibly sweet and steamy.

Five years ago, Summer decided to move to Montana, looking for fresh start after she caught her cheating boyfriend in compromising position with her best friend. She is now living a nice and happy life in Bitterroot Valley where she owns the local flower shop. However, this starts to change when weird things start happening and Summer has a strange feeling of being watched. And when these things start to turn dangerous Chase Wild is determined to get to the bottom of it and keep Summer and the town safe.

Chase has always had his eye on the gorgeous florist since she moved to town but has always kept his relationship strictly professional. But as they spend more time together and their connection grows, the harder it is for him to ignore his feelings for her. Chase is falling in love with Summer and will do anything to ensure her safety.

The audio is perfection! Stella Hunter and Connor Crais did a phenomenal job on the dual style narration of this book. They were a joy to listen to and both did a great job at portraying all of the characters!

Book 2 in the Wilds of Montana. Advertised as a stand alone, and it would work as a stand alone, but there are some references to some events in book one (not to mention the characters)

When Summer moved to Bitterroot Valley five years ago, Chase asked her out- and was turned down. She was fresh off of a breakup and betrayal. Now, five years later, someone is targeting her. Chase is the officer that shows up when she reports an attempted break in. He has always cared about her and kind of shoehorns his way into her life to protect her. But Summer also has feelings for Chase. Once she admits them, they are practically inseparable. But someone is still after her.

Chase is super sweet, and I liked Summer, too. Chase was a bit too attentive sometimes (pampering is nice, but I kind of felt it went a bit far). If the whole "who is targeting Summer" story arc was supposed to be a mystery, it failed miserably. It is obvious who was behind it. Very happy that there wasn't a third act breakup.

Stella Hunter and Connor Crais narrate the audiobook. Not that Stella Hunter's narration was bad in any way, but I enjoyed Connor Crais's so much that I was always disappointed when the POV switched back to Summer.

I received an advance audio copy in exchange for an honest review. I can't wait for book 3!

Book two of the Wilds of Montana series and boy, was I happy to be back! I enjoyed book one and book two was just as good.

With someone threatening and targeting local florist Summer, she begins to lean on Chase Wild, local police officer. Chase has always had a bit of a thing for Summer so when she needs him, the two start spending more time together. But who is on Summer's tail? Can Chase keep her safe?

This small town, friends to lovers cowboy romance with the found family trope thrown in, really was such a sweet story. The audiobook was amazingly done and had me feeling all the emotions our main characters were going through. There were so many great side characters but I love the way the author is building them all up as they all get their own story.

Summer and Chase's friends to lovers romance was so sickly sweet and I loved it!

Chase and Summer have both had secret crushes on each other for years, but neither of them has made any kind of move. Not until now and I definitely believe it was the right time for them.

Aside from the romance between the two, there was a lot of outside side plots going on. We get a glimpse into possibly matches for future books! But I can tell you, without a doubt, that I am STOKED for the next book with what we know now.

Stella Hunter and Connor Crais did a fantastic job narrating these characters. I loved the vulnerability mixed with the boldness that embodied Summer's character and the protectiveness that Connor was able to portray for Chase!

I was so excited for Chasing Wild. I was excited for the romantic suspense and the sheriff hero, plus friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes. Chasing Wild fulfilled my expectations.

Summer and Chase are simply made for each other. They are so adorable. I loved how head over heels they were for each other. Chase was so gone for her. He's a protective hero for sure but also incredibly sweet and thoughtful. He always seems to know what Summer needs which is an attractive quality in a man. Summer is sweet too. I liked that she owned her own business and was a take charge type of person. They balanced each other well.

This has some steam. The mouth on Chase was definitely a pleasant surprise!

I was expecting a bit more from the suspense plot but I did enjoy what was there. I was left in suspense as to who was behind it.

This is a quick read, especially as an audiobook. The narrators did a great job bringing the characters to life. I think they complimented each other well.

This is book 2 of The Wilds of Montana Series. I’m loving this series. This book did not disappoint. The audio was fabulous. Stella Hunter and Conner Crais can tell me stories all day long. Summer and Chase were great, well developed characters. Summer moved to Montana to get away from her family and ex-husband. Chase was born there and is a cop and a rancher. They’ve always had an attraction but Summer didn’t want to act on it as she was healing from the past. They finally decide to begin a relationship. Theres great conflict in this story that had me never wanting to put my ear buds away. This book was well written, well crafted, and fully entertained me. Huge thanks to Netgalley and the audiobook publisher for allowing me to listen and review this book.

Okay I loved this book! A cop cowboy, yes please!

Chase was such a swoony many. He would just do so many little things for summer and it was perfection. Sending her lunch every day, taking care of her dog. Come on. Soo sweet!

I enjoyed the underlying mystery…it forced them together in close proximity and you should know by now that I love a forced proximity moment.

Chase and summer complimented each other perfectly, I loved how easy these two fell into a relationship together. It just progressed so naturally and I adored it.

This was quite the enjoyable listen! Stella Hunter and Connor Crais did a fantastic job narrating Summer and Chase's voice. They brought these characters to life and I enjoyed the storyline. I loved this couple but I also loved all the many side characters that came with them. I need to go back and grab the audiobook for book one so I can get more while I wait for book three to release next. Great audiobook!

I have seen this author a lot and have not had a chance to read or listen to her. I am so incredibly grateful I got to listen to this story because I absolutely love it! I love the relationship between all of the characters. The narrators were so perfect for the personalities in the book.. I felt like I was in the story with them. The Wild brothers and their family make me want to crawl into the novel and and hug them all. The Wild family was so welcoming to Summer and Lilly. This had so much plot and spice it kept me engaged the whole time. I wanted to know who her stalker was but also wanted the cute fluffy aspects of the story too. I will be going back and reading book one from this series. This is totally worth the read.

The further into this series I get the more swoony the men get <3 I thought Remington Wild had my heart but I think that Chase just ran away with it. This was the perfect mixture of spicy romance and suspense. I loved the entire dynamic! Summer and Chase were totally perfect!

Get ready for a steamy cowboy romance where he falls first in Chasing Wild. Not only is he a cowboy but he is also a cop and he takes charge when needed, the bedroom being no exception. I really loved Summer and Chase and the story was well done. I really enjoy Kristen's writing and she has a way of making you fall in love with each character. If you are looking for your next cowboy romance, do yourself a favor and pick up this one! You will not be disappointed.

Audiobook narrators Stella Hunter and Connor Crais do a wonderful job bringing this book to life.

Thank you netgalley and dreamscape select for the free ALC. My opinions are being left voluntarily. I really enjoyed book 1 and when I seen book 2 knew I would also love it. The authors open door romantic suspense was done so well I didn't see the twist.

4.5/5 suggest giving it a try

Chase Wild = swoon! Chasing Wild by Kristen Proby was a sweet, swoony, and suspenseful romance full of heart and had everything I crave in a small-town romance. Summer and Chase’s journey was full of unexpected challenges and steamy moments that I couldn’t get enough of. I think I fall a little bit harder for each and every Wild and the town of Bitteroot Valley.

Stella Hunter and Connor Crais perform this audiobook in dual narration, and I need more of this pairing! Stella’s soothing, melodic voice captured Summer’s passionate and dedicated persona and also uncovered some vulnerabilities from her past that Chase helped her overcome. Connor took a warm charismatic tone for Chase that conveyed the love, longing, and protectiveness he felt for Summer and the citizens of Bitteroot Valley. Plus, the second-chance chemistry between these two was magnetic right from the start, and Stella and Connor brought the heat.

Overall, I LOVED this book. If you are a fan of a small-town romance with a hot chivalrous cop, a hardworking flower shop owner, a cute French bulldog, friends-to-lovers, dangerous lurkers, a new security system, swoony first dates, tub soaks, steamy times, loyal-loving family, mountain weddings, dream houses, hiking dates, shocking truths, and a HEA that will do wild things to your heart, then you will love Summer and Chase’s romance. I always look forward to more from Kristen Proby.

I listened to the audio book for this one and I loved it. Both narrators were fabulous. Female narrator had great tones for every one. Male character's voice sounded like melted chocolate (except when he did female voices, got to work on that).
I definitely liked this one more than book 1. I loved our MC's together. We do get to have them together through out most of the book and I really loved seeing them together and how their relationship grew. Absolutely loved how protective our MMC was with her - must be the combination of cop and cowboy.
I did however guess who the bad guy was from the beginning. It was pretty obvious to me. But guessing write doesn't bother me, I love it.

Five years ago, Summer Quinn found her cheating boyfriend in a compromising position with her best friend. She packed up and left for Montana, looking to start fresh. She bought her aunt's flower shop and she's living a nice, happy life. Then, weird things started happening: a slashed tire here, a shadow lurking there, a strange feeling of being watched. When these things start turning dangerous, she just can't pass them up as "incidents" anymore.

Enter Chase Wild, police officer. He's from the Wild family, who have been living in this town for more than 150 years. This is his town and he won't rest until he figures out what's going on. After all, he's had his eye on the pretty flower shop owner since she moved into town and as they try to figure out what's happening, they also give in to the mutual attraction. He's falling harder for her and will do anything to protect her.

Narrated dual style by two of my favorite narrators, Stella Hunter and Connor Crais, this was a joy to listen to and I finished in one sitting.

I love the town of Bitterroot Valley and the Wilds. Summer is a wonderful character - a woman who's been doing everything to find her own way into the world and who won't settle for "less" and Chase Wild is definitely not "less". Stella plays her to perfection! (Plus, she rocks the male voices too!) Chase wild is your swoony, protective hero and Connor Crais will melt your heart with his performance of the quintessential "alphamellow". His "touch and her die" moments are, well, to die for.
The suspense doesn't overshadow the romance and there is a shock in knowing who's aiding the obvious culprit. That was some twist! (No third act nonsense either!)

I also loved how this book sets up the next one with a beautiful story of found family. I can't wait to go back to Bitterroot Valley!
Thanks, NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for the advanced listen!

Content notes: stalkerish acts committed against FMC, cheating (not MCs, historical), mentions of death of parents, living in foster care, mental and physical abuse of a minor on page, toxic relationship with parents, violence, fire

We are back in Bitterroot, Montana where another of the Wild siblings finds love. This time the story belongs to police officer Chase Wild.
Summer Quinn, whose family is very much into politics, never felt at home in the East Coast. It was her frequently visits to her aunt and her flower shop during her childhood that gave her peace.
Leaving the family and cheating boyfriend behind, she now owns the flower shop and loves the town.
When Summer first moved into town, she wasn’t ready for a relationship and Chase stayed away, but nowadays, wanting more, she’s let Chase in.
Things get heated when vandalism seems to follow Summer. Who and why is she being targeted, is the big question.
Can they discover the culprit before it’s too late?
This was an engaging story about family, or lack thereof, friendships, overcoming adversities, and finding love.
A great addition to the series.
Loved the play on words with the title.
Lastly, The narrators Stella Hunter and Connor Crais brought the story to live.
I was entrusted a copy of this audiobook by Netgalley and Dreamscape. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
