This was a fun sports romance book that also had a lot of heavy, serious moments. It was beautifully written. But I just could not get past the comparisons to Taylor/Travis. It kept throwing me out of the book.

I was immediately intrigued by the premise and I always love a baseball romance so I was happy to have this read. Super enjoyable and fun - I was hooked fast. Lacey was a strong character and she and Jimmy had good chemistry. A solid read!

I was hooked when I realized this was a baseball romance. I’ve been on a hockey romance kick, so it was definitely nice to read a different sports romance. I don’t think I have read a baseball one yet, so this was a nice change of pace.

Lacey and Jimmy are two complete opposites, but I guess it’s true what they say, opposites attract.

This was an enjoyable read, and I loved the sparks that flew between Lacey and Jimmy.

This is my first read by this author, and it will not be my last.
