As a writing prompt journal I found this book to be a delight. Loved the organizational style by season and the prompts being related to that season. The connection between one’s inner life and nature for the prompts were wonderful to read and expect anyone picking this up and using it will find a new way to approach journal writing.
This was an insightful and engaging journal with lots of interesting reflection questions and helpful exercises!
What a magnificent piece of art! This book encourages personal growth and begs you to slow down. An excellent way to relate your own development to trees, the natural world, and the cycle of the seasons. You can also use journal prompts, activities, breathing techniques (my favorite), and mindfulness exercises to help you find balance, concentrate, and think about your mental health while practicing self-care. Not only was this helpful to me, but I think it's perfect to share with my homeschooled high school students!
