In a world where some people are tied together by the red string (called rings), after you turn 20 and touch your fated person you will come down with a fever and the ring will appear to you and to them. You will not have a good night sleep unless you sleep next to your fated person.

Wooseo is best friends with Jiseok, but he also has secret crush on him. Too bad that Jiseok is straight. But his older brother, Jigeon, turns out to be Wooseo's fated person. In order to sleep they must find ways to be together without Jiseok finding out.

I love a good manga series about secret love interests. I cant wait to read more of this series. The two bothers are much alike (even with the age difference), but I want to see what happens next.

The story is one of unrequited love and fate. Wooseo is in love with his best friend but one night, fate ties him to his best friend's brother. The rings of fate cannot be removed and since fated lovers can only sleep when they are touching their fated Mate, the two need to help each other out to avoid dying or falling ill.

the story is really sweet, full of pining. Wooseo is a shortish, really shy, often quiet skinny college student and Jigeon a successful businessman and seven years older.
I reallymliked this first installment of the story and am looking forward to book 2, even though I don't read Manga often. I do like insecure characters, though.
Definitely recommend.

This has an interesting concept where if you happen to come into contact with your fated person only after you have turned 18 years old you will get a fever and a ring of fate will show up on your finger and you will never be able to sleep without this person again. Most people think this is a myth due to only the fated pair being able to see the rings.

The story follows a boy who has a crush on his best friend who does not return his feelings. However his best friend's older brother has a thing for him and after one night everything in their life changes. Super cute story and Art and I can't wait to read where this story is going.

Tied to You is a really clever take on soulmates. The added aspect of needing to sleep close together adds a level of tension that really amps it up. The characters themselves are really cute, but I feel like there needed to be more characterization and relationship building before we jump into the story. For example, we are told that the boys are friends, but we don't have any good scenes of them together before. In addition, the tension between Wooseo and Jigeon is lacking. We don't get to see the conversation they have then Jigeon discovers that they both have a ring. We also don't get to see much of the conversation when they decide to sleep in the same bed. I wish there was more tension between them. Wooseo agrees really easily, and I wish there was more build-up.

Loving this series and actively waiting for the next book. I think this first volume did a great job setting up the relationship dynamics and individual characters’ personalities, and I’m excited to see how they develop further. Also really enjoyed the artwork. I felt like I flew through reading it even though it’s a very good length for a first volume and had a lot of content.

Tied to You vol. 1 is a twist on the "red string of fate" tale. The two male leads are bound not only by their red ring of fate, but also due to the fact that one is the brother of the other's best friend. Having grown up together, the two knew each other well prior to this, but everything seemed to change once their red rings appeared. They both became sickly and unable to sleep as they denied their fateful relationship. It was interesting to see how they would make the situation work despite not (yet) being romantically linked. I am not sure if this is something that I would pick up the second volume of, but it was interesting.
