A nice, spicy romance. Just the right amount of cowboy vibes. A perfect length for an evening in. A great romance to read!

This book had a lot of promise, however I found the execution lacking. I struggled to keep up with the cast of characters

Ivy and Seth have been going at each other every time they are around each other. They both want the other but they are both too stubborn to give a little and meet each other half way. When Seth ends up working on Ivy’s dairy farm they are around each other so much they finally give in to each other. Will they be able to make things work or will they go back to how they were before? I was given a copy through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Unfortunately I was not a fan. I'm unsure of whether it's because I came into the series randomly on book 3 or because it was unnecessarily complicated just for complicated sake. It made no sense in places of the storyline but again it could just be because I felt dropped into an ongoing storyline. I would strongly suggest jot reading this without reading the first 2 books first.

Single dad Seth wants Ivy, but he wants a committment as well. Ivy isn't interested in anything serious. She needs help at her farm, and he takes the chance to help her ... and maybe convince her to give him a chance.

Sweet and sexy - I love when the MMC falls first and Seth works for it!! Very fun. Thanks to NetGalley for the chance to review this book.

Seth is a single father raising two children. He owns that local feed store so he is very busy. Ivy runs a dairy farm. She is very busy and mostly keeps to herself. They have been attracted to each other for a long time but there are issues that keep them apart. When fate steps in and Ivy needs help on her farm, Seth steps in and the two of them have to work through their issues. Will they find lasting love or will they realize they can’t figure out how to make a relationship work?

Seth is a loving father and a hardworking man who wants to take a chance on love again. I like that the author didn’t focus on his ex-wife because it wasn’t necessary. Seth has been so patient with Ivy but he also lays out his desires with her. I like that he was straightforward and honest with Ivy instead of playing games with her emotions. I am not going to explain why Ivy keeps Seth at arm’s length. The author builds up the reveal. It wasn’t the big emotional reveal I thought it would be and yet it was understandable. Their relationship has developed a lot before the beginning of the book so the focus is on them finally deciding to be together. Seth’s kids are a good addition. There is actually an important sub-plot that is about the kids that shows how Seth and Ivy can be a couple. I like the side characters and revisiting characters from prior books.

This is a contemporary romance set in a small town in Pennsylvania. Both of the main characters are adults with demanding careers. This book is part of a series and I recommend reading the series in order. I will read more from this author in the future.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

This book had a lot of promise, however I found the execution lacking. I struggled to keep up with the cast of characters, and to understand WHY Ivy and Seth were so attracted to each other. I feel like if I had read any previous books in the series (there should most likely be a disclaimer to readers that previous knowledge of the story is critical to understanding this book) I would have had that background information then I would have understood and appreciated this book a bit more.
