This book was definitely a slow read but still offered up drama and suspense.

DNF, unfortunately I couldn't get into the story at all. The writing style didn't appeal to me. I found myself struggling to read each page.

DNF. The problem I had was that the writing felt a bit overly dramatic and there was too much explanation. Because of this, I couldn't get into the story. This could just be a me thing as others may enjoy that type of writing style.

Wow, oh the tangled webs we weave! This is a drama full of unreliable narratives, deceit, lies and colorful characters! It is emotional and heart wrenching at times. Shocking at others. I went into this novel blind with no expectations. While it was a bit of a slow burn at times, I was anxious to find out where this novel was going. The writer is very good at crafting this tale! I found myself not knowing what to trust and anxious to get to the climax. It’s a good story and doesn’t disappoint! Thanks to NetGalley for this ARC.
