Millie, a member of the renowned Siren's pop duo, understands firsthand the challenges of navigating love and fame. However, when she locks eyes with Luca at a charity event, her reservations about relationships fade away in his presence. Could he truly be worth risking another heartbreak?
As for Luca, participating in a charity football match was outside his comfort zone. Yet, upon seeing Millie, everything changes. Her beauty and voice captivate him instantly, igniting a newfound determination to win her heart above all else.
This is a dual POV, we see the side of a popular singer and the downfall of it, making her feel scared to be herself outside of the public eye. An excellent summer read, it's a good palate cleanser exploring the darker aspects of fame, this being genuinely enlightening and emotionally impactful to observe the consequences of online trolls and the influence of social media on Millie.
Despite the obstacles within her duo, Millie's journey to self-assurance was inspiring. Seeing her evolve into a confident woman warmed my heart.
With her sharp humor, infectious charm, and unwavering sweetness, Millie quickly became a character I couldn't help but root for, it brought to mind the struggles faced by artists like Tay Tay, having to conceal their emotions for fear of becoming targets of public scrutiny and hate.
The MMC Luca was the dream golden retriever, always showing acts of service that melted Millie's heart.
The cover of this book is incredibly adorable and perfectly matches the enthusiastic fast-paced heartwarming writing style that embodies Hailey Frost's skill for storytelling.
Combining elements of chick-lit with a lively narrative, the book held my attention from beginning to end. Witty dialogue and heartfelt scenes crafted a captivating reading journey that is both entertaining and relatable. Please don't underestimate this cute pink cover, you will find the right amount of spice moments, not at all overdone. I recommend this to chick-lit lovers, Golden Retrievers print lovers, Swifties, and any Indie Authors supporter in general.
Thank you to Netgalley and the author Hailey Frost for allowing me to review this book. Which, I will be giving my honest and sincere review.
3.5 ⭐️ 3 🌶️ for Siren's Heart - Love at first Sight by Hailey Frost
Luca is a A list actor who was told by his team to play in a charity football match, but when he sees Millie he cant take his eyes off her.
Millie one half of the pop group Sirens had called off dating after every guy ends up breaking her heart once they find out how intense the paparazzi actually is for the pop group. Can their love make it work or will it sizzle out like all of Millie's past relationships.
This is a very cute feel good story, if you enjoy he falls first tropes and insta love, then this story is for you. its cute and sweet with some spicy. I can say I will be reading the next instalment of this duology Siren's Game: Love in the Spotlight. Hailey did a great job of making you care for Millie and Luca and also introducing you to Asher and Kayla the next book's main characters.
Hailey Frost's "Siren's Song" is a delightful escape into the world of Millie and Luca, a story that is as charming as it is heartwarming. From the first glance at the captivating cover, I knew I was in for a treat, and Frost did not disappoint. The book is a perfect blend of romance, humor, and heartfelt moments, making it a true sunshine read.
Millie and Luca are a match made in literary heaven, their chemistry jumping off the pages and pulling at my heartstrings. Luca's protective nature and Millie's sweet vulnerability create a dynamic that is both endearing and captivating. I found myself rooting for them from the very beginning, eagerly turning pages to see how their story would unfold.
What sets "Siren's Song" apart is its exploration of fame and the impact of social media. Frost skillfully navigates these themes, giving readers a glimpse into the challenges faced by those in the spotlight. Millie's journey to confidence is empowering and relatable, a testament to Frost's ability to create characters that feel real and authentic.
The dual POV adds depth to the story, allowing readers to see the world through both Millie and Luca's eyes. This, combined with Frost's engaging writing style, makes for a compelling read that is hard to put down. And let's not forget the epilogue and bonus epilogue, which are the perfect conclusion to this heartwarming tale.
"Siren's Song" is a standalone novel but sets the stage for the upcoming Siren's Duet series. I, for one, cannot wait to see what Frost has in store for Kayla and Asher in "Siren's Game." If you're looking for a feel-good romance with characters you'll fall in love with, look no further than "Siren's Song."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stars
This book can be read as standalone but it's the first book in the Siren's Duet Series.
Millie, one-half of the renowned Siren's pop duo, has learned that love and fame don't mix, leading to heartbreak. However, when hired for a charity event, Luca catches her eye like never before. Despite her reservations, she wonders if he's worth the risk of heartbreak again. Luca, an actor, finds himself drawn to Millie's beauty and voice, making winning her heart his priority. Yet, navigating fame and love presents challenges.
"Siren's Heart" swept me off my feet with its refreshing spin on the "love at first sight" trope. Millie and Luca's romance unfolds with the perfect blend of heart-pounding angst and tantalising slow burn, drawing me into their authentic connection.
Millie and Luca's tale was absolutely adorable, and I admired how it tackled the complexities of celebrity life and the pitfalls of social media. The pacing kept me hooked, the romance had just the right amount of spice, and there were plenty of heartwarming moments that left me smiling from ear to ear.
Despite the cute cover, this book packs a punch with its spicy moments! However, I did find the characters' actions sometimes felt immature for their age. Nevertheless, the epilogue and bonus epilogue were adorable, leaving me eager to see what happens next in their story.

Siren’s Heart: Love at First Sight by Hailey Frost
Rating: 4/5
Release Date: 10 May 2024
"Siren's Heart" centres around the lives of Pop Star, Millie, and, Actor, Luca, revolving particularly around a Charity Football Match in which Luca is participating and Millie, one half of the Pop Duo, The Sirens, is set to perform at the Half Time Show.
The storyline delves into the complexities of celebrity life, exploring both the positive and negative aspects of fame and the challenges of handling public scrutiny.
While I typically shy away from stories featuring the trope "love at first sight," I found "Siren's Heart" to be a refreshing take on the trope. The romance between Millie and Luca is developed with a perfect blend of angst and slow burn, making their connection feel genuine and believable.
Though some of the side characters may have been cringy at times, they never overshadowed the main characters, and I appreciated how their storylines unfolded and added to the overall story.
For readers seeking a light-hearted read filled with endearing characters and a touch of drama, "Siren's Heart" is an excellent choice.
Thank you so much to NetGalley, ARC provided by Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op, and the author, Hailey Frost, for providing me with an ARC copy in exchange for an honest and fair review.
I enjoyed the story for the first 65% of the book, but the ending and the campaign to save Millie's reputation seemed unrealistic and a bit juvenile. The book really lost me, though, due to the amount of grammatical errors. These weren't just common spelling mistakes but rather major mistakes in sentence structure and vocabulary usage that made this read like a first draft.
Thank you to NetGalley and Victory Editing for the ARC. I won't be leaving a review on GoodReads, but I wanted to provide my honest feedback here.
4/5
OMG, GUYS!! Don't be fooled by this cute cover because this book? THIS ONE? It's 🔥! The spice? Immaculate. I couldn't get enough of every single scene.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Okay, so here's the lowdown: Millie's one half of this super famous pop duo, and let's just say love and fame? Not the best combo. She’s been there, done that, got the heartbreak to prove it 😅. But then along comes Luca, and suddenly her heart's doing somersaults. Could he be the one to make her risk it all again?
As for Luca, he's not exactly thrilled about joining a charity football match – he's more of a spectator than a player. But then he lays eyes on Millie, and bam! Everything changes. Her beauty, her voice, it's like magic. Suddenly, winning her heart becomes his biggest goal. But love in the spotlight? It's got its challenges. Can they handle it?
Oh man, the plot of this book? Absolute in love! Seriously, as soon as I read the blurb, I was like, “Yes, yes, yes!” I needed it more than air, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! 😝
The writing was great, but it took me a minute to really get into the book 🤷🏾♀️. Maybe it was the pacing, maybe I was just tired, or maybe it was because it was my first time reading this author's work. But yeah, the beginning was a bit of a struggle. BUT, it didn't take long for things to pick up, and once they did, I was hooked 😍. I ended up binge-reading it when I was supposed to be studying... Anyway, I loved the interactions between the characters and the dialogue was on point. And let's talk about the spice... Luca had me like, 😳 The steamy scenes were THERE. Oh, and can we talk about the book playlist? It was spot on! Rarely do I find a playlist that fits so perfectly with the book, but this one nailed it!
I actually ended up really liking the characters and their romance, which was surprising 'cause I'm not usually into insta-love or love at first sight. But Hailey Frost really nailed their relationship, giving it depth, banter, and loads of cuteness that made it hard not to fall for them, quick development and all. Both of them were super sweet and relatable at times too 🥹. Luca totally gives off golden retriever vibes, and it was just the sweetest thing ever! He's like a cinnamon roll, seriously. And Millie? Loved her humility and how down-to-earth she was despite her fame. It was refreshing to see that behind all the glitz and glam, there's real life with its ups and downs!
Guys, seriously, this book was great! It's dropping in just THREE DAYS! Grab your copy ASAP because it's totally worth it! 🩷

This was super cute! I appreciate the way this book provided prospective on celebrity culture and the parasocial way we interact with famous people online and in person. I thought the author did a really good job of humanizing the main characters, which can be hard to do sometimes in celeb romances when they're all rich beautiful and talented. I do wish we got a little bit more of an extended epilogue, maybe a proposal with the mug from the pottery close. I know this will probably be released as a bonus epilogue later on, but since this was teased in the book it felt like it deserved to be a part of the printed copy!
Either way, 4/5 and would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a celeb romance. Luca was adorable and I love that he wasn't like typical surly alpha male romance hero. He was soft and gooey and perfect!
This was such a cute book! I loved Millie and Luca, they are so adorable. My heart broke multiple times for Millie but I’m glad that everything turned out well for her! I highly recommend this book if you’re looking for a cute, quick read full of romance 🥰
I’m so excited to read the next book in this series!
Thank you Netgalley and Victory Editing Netgalley Co-Op for this arc!

How can you not want to jump right into this one with a cover looking like that!
Millie and Luca were very relatable characters. Their relationship and the struggles they went through just felt so real and raw. It made me love them so much.
I could not put this book down, it took me by surprise at how much I enjoyed it!
A captivating story. With fantastic writing and phenomenal characters!
I can’t wait for book two!

Review will be posted on goodreads as well as Amazon on publishing day.
Recommended for fans of pop culture and fame trope.
This book also has instalove, and he falls first.
As a hardcore Swiftie, it was difficult not to think about the comparisons between the biggest pop star in the world and the main MFC, Millie.
Millie is 1/2 of a pop star group. Always needing to label popstars, her persona is that of the serial dater. More interested in who she is bedding than the talent she holds, the media is ruthless to her.
Luca is a famous actor who catches one glimpse of Millie at a charity football game and determines he is going to marry her. He has confidence but is not cocky. If anything, he clamors up and can't even introduce himself to his "future wife,"
The reservations the two have are adorable. Him being so enamored by her, it sends his game spiraling. Her being scared to be seen with any man due to tabloid fodder. The author writes great chemistry between the two. I normally am not a big fan of love at first sight, but it works here
This is a really quick and cute read, and I enjoyed it.
The playlist at the beginning is everything my music loving heart could ever want, I could see how each song fit with this book.
This was such a a cute romcom with just enough spice. While reading I laughed a bit and loved the characters.
I loved the dynamic of the duo and how each were met with different enthusiasm and reactions from fans but neither of them allowed that to interfere with their relationship. Definitely would recommend for a cute read.
I was fortunate enough to be given an early copy of this book and I absolutely adored it!!! This is the first book I have read of Hailey Frost and it did not disappoint!
Siren’s Heart is a fast-paced, insta-love romcom with the perfect amount of spice. Millie is one half of pop duo, The Siren’s, and is constantly in the media spotlight for being a “serial dater”. Luca is an actor who happens to be selected to play in a charity football match where Millie is hired to perform…ITS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!!! But everyone knows fame has its price when it comes to love… Millie and Luca must decide if taking the risk is worth it…
Millie and Luca’s relationship is so wholesome and seeing how they support eachother is so heartwarming. I loved all the characters and their interactions with eachother!
Hailey’s representation of social media and its negative effect on celebrities was written perfectly. It was so heartbreaking to read about Millie’s struggles caused by people who believed they knew her just because of the things they’d read/seen on a screen or on paper. Hailey also showed how social media can be used in a positive way,
I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a quick, sweet and spicy romcom which will have you giggling and kicking your feet. I cannot wait for the next book to come out!!

What I loved about the book:
1. Don’t let this cutie patootie cover fool you, this thing has some fantastic spice!!! Luca was such a sweet MMC, but he transformed into a dirty boy in the sack and I was HERE FOR IT. The first time this boy started talking, my eyebrows about flew off my face in surprise. The praise kink was strong with this one.
2. Both of our MCs were just sweet as could be.
Millie had a lot of humility, despite being part of a large pop sensation. She also made sure she used her fame and money to bring light to failing businesses, give those working around/for her gifts and appreciation, and to take care of her family. She was just so sweet.
Luca was the epitome of a golden retriever cinnamon roll MMC. Making the driver wait until she was in the lobby of her hotel, opening her car door for her every time, slowing down his steps so she didn’t have to rush to keep up with him, and keeping one flower from the bunch he gave her so he knew when to replace them. Such small but simple and beautiful things that make all the difference.
3. I liked how the angst wasn’t from the relationship, but from outside influences which was much more realistic than some of the communication issues we typically see in romance books. I also loved the cleanup of the issues with fans in this story; it was so sweet. Lastly, big thank you to the author for no third act breakup 🙌
4. I loved the various times different love languages were brought up. It wasn’t a focal point, but it was definitely addressed several times between the best friends as well as the FMC and MMC.
5. I won’t spoil anything, but I liked that the two women weren’t the same level of popularity with the fans, and the hurdles that caused. It felt realistic this way and created a different kind of conflict than we typically see in romance books.
6. I liked how good of a friend Kayla was with all of the issues. She was always there for Millie when she needed and was often the one putting her foot down with the label and fans, like a true ride or die. HOWEVER, she is most definitely hiding her own stuff from Millie! Must be juicy…
Asher, Luca’s friend, was also a fiery personality like Kayla. He also was the one who ultimately brought around the good idea at the end of the book, proving his worth and that he did care at least a little about people. I can’t wait to see their fires clash in the next book!
What I wasn’t a fan of:
1. I felt there was a lot of telling the reader rather than showing them the chemistry between the couple outside the bedroom. It wasn’t bad, they were both lovely people, but I didn’t really feel the connection outside of intimate times.
2. The characters didn’t seem like they were in their thirties from some of their actions. All 4 of the MCs read as maybe mid-twenties. Not a problem for me either way, just something that stood out to me.
Final Thoughts:
This is a great book if you are looking for lots of cute, fluffy moments, delicious spice, and realistic angst.
I can’t wait for book 2 in this duology. Luca and Millie were super sweet, but Kayla and Asher are going to be 🔥
Thank you to NetGalley, Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op, and Hailey Frost for the opportunity to read a copy of this book. The thoughts and opinions expressed above are honest and my own.
This as such a cute book!
I loved everything about it, the pacing was perfect s I didn't feel like it was rushed, the characters were really easy to fall in love with.
I loved this story about two pop stars who find love! It was so much fun seeing how their romance developed over the course o the novel and I loved all the behind the scenes pop star action! I look forward to sharing much more on this soon, unfortunately I’m recovering from some serious medical issues, but will slowly be catching up on reviews and adding much more comments soon.
What a heartwarming story! It had everything—attraction, emotion, humor, fun, camaraderie, and lots of love. I'm thrilled to have received an ARC for this fantastic book.
As I read about Millie, I couldn't help but imagine Sabrina Carpenter in the role. Millie embodies sweetness, care, and pure sunshine. And Lucas? He swept me off my feet with his kindness. How can someone be so wonderful? He was just perfect, a true sweetheart.
While the ending reminded me of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcee, the story goes beyond that. It touches on important themes that often go unnoticed. I appreciated the insight into a celebrity's life, their struggles, and the disparity between reality and their online persona, which is becoming increasingly prevalent. I was deeply upset by the unjustified hate directed at Millie. Her treatment by her label was appalling, and I couldn't even sympathize with Kayla to some extent. Despite her love for Millie, Kayla's silence about the situation was disappointing. While I understand her feelings, it doesn't excuse her inaction.
I loved the instant connection between the two main characters and the absence of a third-party love interest. Their moments together, cuddling and enjoying ice cream, were absolutely adorable.
This book is a must-read! And the teasers for the second book featuring Kayla and Asher have me eagerly anticipating its release. "The Siren's Duo" promises to be another captivating read, and I can't wait to get my hands on it.
