This was a really cute and quick read! I loved the plot and I think this was enemies/rivals to lovers done really well. The characters were believable and experience great growth. I loved seeing the relationship between Carrah and Chris gradually develop as more time went by and they spent time together. I really enjoyed their relationship and bond despite their previous differences. It was an easy read and real page tuner. I really enjoyed it!!

FMC Carrah works as a chemist for her family's pharmaceutical company although her dream is to be a writer. When she secretly enter and wins a writing contest, she finds herself need to an attorney to represent her interests. When she hires MMC, Christopher, she finds herself caught up in a forbidden romance with the son of her parents' biggest rival. Carrah will have to decide what she wants for her herself in love and career while dealing with the fallout with her family.

It is a cute romance, it's easy and fast to read. I loved the characters, their developpement was really great. I also liked how the story is written.

I was so happy to be back in Mt. Dora as I only live an hour away from it.
I love loved this book! It was even better than the 1st one!
Chris and Carrah were wonderful characters that drew me in immediately. They kept my attention all the way through.
I especially loved the rivalry between the families. This is what kept me turning the pages because I wanted to find out if Carrah got to realize her dreams in what she really wanted. I kept rooting for her all the way through.
I'm giving this book 5 stars for an entertaining read. I enjoyed every minute of this story. Even the elite or high social class have their problems. No one is perfect and this story shows it which is why I loved it so much. All the characters are flawed.
The one I started out feeling most sorry for was Chris. He couldn't see past the end of his nose. Part of the rivalry I suppose.
This story does offer hope at the end of a long tunnel however and that's what I like also.
Good things come to those who wait and I whole heartedly believe it.

Carrah es la hija mayor de los Andrew, todos le ponen demasiadas responsabilidades y no la dejan ser lo que ella quiere.

Chris es el hijo mayor de los Chennault y como se volvió abogado en lugar de tomar el mando de la empresa familiar, su padre está muy enojado.



Disfrute la historia, pero no se le dió cierre a todos los temas.

This book was an easy and quick read. It’s a cute romance that will definitely have you turning the pages fast. I read it as a pallet cleanser and it was exactly what i needed.

This book was just the perfect love story. So sweet, and beautifully written. I fell in love with the main characters and their sweet story. Highly recommend.
