This is a delightful romantic read. I would highly recommend finishing reading Once upon a prince otherwise you will feel a bit lost. I am a fan of Hauck’s books and this did not disappoint. I could not put down this book. It was a nice “continuance and conclusion” to Susanna’s and Nathaniel’s story which I definitely wanted more of!

If you are a fan of her books you will find this one doesn’t disappoint.

If you are looking for a quick read and a sweet romance these novellas are for you. Each one in the Year of Weddings takes a couple hours to read. They are fun and light.

Loved this one so much! A fabulous continuation of Suzanna and Nathaniel's story! Adored every minute and highly recommend it!

A novella that continues the story of Susanna and Nathaniel from Once Upon a Prince. While it can technically stand alone, I’d definitely recommend reading the novel first for a better understanding. The other novellas that I've read so far can stand alone or feature minor characters from previous novels.

American citizenship was the one thing that Susanna felt was still hers, and questions whether she is ready to give it up. I love how Hauck incorporates spiritual themes, not only about romantic relationships, but as our place as the Bride of Christ.

Hauck's whole series has been great and I highly recommend it.

Did you love Cinderella's story? You know, the one where an ordinary girl meets her Prince Charming? This book is definitely a Cinderella type story to please and enchant readers. I did not read the prequel, Once Upon A Bride and I felt that I needed more information at times so I do recommend readers win that one first.
This book is simple and easy to read. It is one that is clean,with no sexual scenes apparent in many romance novels. So parents can feel comfortable with allowing teenagers to read it. It is predictable however, and didn't hold many surprises for me.
I am giving this one 4-stars and recommend it to readers who love a sweet, simple romance.
