Super cute, super sweet small town romance. The writing was easy to read and beautiful written. Nick Valentino checks all the boxes for a perfect book boyfriend. The spice was great, the romance was stellar, and the chemistry was off the charts. I thoroughly enjoyed my time reading this.

Thank you Net Galley for an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. This was a very sweet love story. Both Nick and Emerson were very likeable characters and I thoroughly enjoyed their love story. Nick was the perfect outdoors-man following his heart. I loved all his romantic gestures. Emerson is trying to find the balance between high-powered career and the peace of returning home.
I recommend this book to any romance readers.

Emerson is back in her hometown, but for the first time in her life everything seems different and more appealing, especially Nick. An interesting love story with lovely characters.

Back Where You Belong by Ivy Beck is a great story with fantastic characters!
I loved Emerson and Nick together. This book had me from the start and I couldn’t put it down.
The storyline was very well thought out and executed.

This novel beautifully captures Emerson Taylor’s journey from the high-pressure financial world to the serene, slower-paced life of her southern hometown. The vivid descriptions of the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay transport readers, making the setting come alive. Nick Valentino’s enduring affection for Emerson and his efforts to reconnect are both heartwarming and genuine. Their chemistry is palpable, adding a deeply satisfying layer of romance. The story reminds us of the importance of taking time for ourselves and finding joy in unexpected places. A must-read for fans of heartwarming romances and personal growth tales! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC!

Just like this book, this review will be short and sweet.

For all the readers that love cute, small town, re-evaluating the vibrant city life, kind of similar to the vibes of Chesapeake Shores (if you know, you know) without the drama of children and divorce.

The perfect palette cleanser, for an short escape in between the bigger books.

Thank you to Netgalley and Author Collective 20 for giving me the opportunity to read and review.

This was a super cute short, small town romance. He had a crush on her when they were in high school she didn’t even know he was alive. Small town girl turned big city girl comes back and falls for the small town boy. It was sweet and to the point. It felt a little fast at some points and the writing style wasn’t my favorite but that’s a personal thing. It just felt kinda cheesy and not like they were real people or could be a real relationship. But it’s definitely worth the cute read because it’s so short and you might enjoy it even more than I did!

Loved Emerson and Nick's story. Did not want it to end. His second chance and her need to leave the big city was a perfect combination for a good romance. Read this book and feel happy!

4.5 stars. What a wonderful feel good story! This is my first time reading this author and it won’t be my last. The characters are all so likable! Emerson has been a workaholic living in the rat race of the world of finance in NYC since she left for college. She thought she loved her life until she returns home to Alabama to help her mom and realizes she’s been missing out. On a lot! Between her family, Callie who is her friend and cousin, and an unexpected surprise in Nick Valentino; her fast paced life in the city is being seriously challenged by being back home. She is finally able to breathe.
Great story! I loved everything about this book including a certain four legged cutie pie!!
