Thank you for allowing me to read an ARC copy of this book!! I loved this story so much!! I can’t believe I had t heard of it before!!! I want to read so much more!!
I love the MC’s personality and Bia’s as well, I like that they get transported into a story and they have access to the entire library of books they’ve read.

Umm... I need more of this manhwa please. Why would you leave me hanging like this 🥺
These past few months, I've read a couple of Isekai manhwas and I must say The Perks of Being an S-Class Heroine is refreshing to read in this sub-genre of fantasy. It has a new take on transmigration and is very much structured like a video game. Furthermore, I love the art style... Ailette is SO CUTE omg I would adopt her as my young sister right this instance. Not just her, but her brother and father too are so cute!
Even for Volume 1, which consists of only the first 18 chapters of the manhwa, I would say there are significant things happening in the story and the character arc is also going smoothly. I'm waiting with bated breath to read the rest of the manhwa!!!

Didn’t hate it. Didn't love it. Would still read others in the series. It was a little bit juvenile in the writing for my liking but the story itself is still good. I enjoyed the way Ailette maneuvered her new role in this new world.
I thought the art for the story was fantastic and they did a great job in portraying the scenes of the story!

The Perks of Being an S-Class Heroine, Vol. 1 is an absolute delight! If you love OP protagonists, hilarious misunderstandings, and a fantasy world that just can’t keep up with its main character, this is the book for you.
From the moment Ailette Rodeline wakes up in her new body, it’s clear she’s on another level. Her old world’s magic was leagues ahead of this one, so while everyone else is struggling with basic spells, she’s casually flexing god-tier abilities like it’s nothing. The sheer shock of those around her? Priceless. I couldn’t stop grinning as she effortlessly turned the tables on every obstacle in her path.
The pacing is snappy, the humor lands perfectly, and Ailette’s confidence makes her such a fun character to follow. While the side characters could use a bit more development, their reactions alone had me entertained the whole time. It’s one of those books that doesn’t take itself too seriously, making it a joy to read.
Overall, this is the kind of light novel that’s perfect for when you want something fun, fast-paced, and full of laugh-out-loud moments. I had a blast reading it and can’t wait for the next volume!
A huge thank you to @yenpress and @netgalley for the ARC—this was such a fun ride!

Thank you NetGalley and publisher for the ARC!!
In terms of reincarnation/isekai stories, this one is really good. It's different from other ones where the main character is thrown into a new world and doesn't know why. This story has a whole system and background for "transmigrators". The main character is overpowered compared to all the other characters, but this book makes that a comedic plot point. I really liked the character development and plot for this first volume.
(As the story progresses though in future volumes, I think it gets a bit too dramatic and complicated with all the time loops.)

I love that this is all in-color. The illustrations / graphics were stunning.
The story was easy to follow. The characters were... mostly likeable.
The storyline was just okay for me though. I'll probably grab the next in the series just to give it another go though.

I may be the odd one out here but I was not a fan. While I enjoy the stunning artwork and the fact that it is in color, the story just didn’t do anything for me. I found the characters to be a little annoying and the story a tad hard to follow.

i really loved reading this!! the main character is so interesting to read about, but i feel like i still need a bit more time to get into the story. while it did grip my attention after the first 10 chapters, it wasn't enough for me to read it over 3 stars yet. i do plan to continue this manhwa now though because i'm definitely intrigued!!
thank you to netgalley and yen press for the arc!!

Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for letting me read this book!
This book is great! A woman who is accidentally killed before her time to be transported to another world finds herself transmigrated as a servant’s child in a world where there are new dungeons opening up everywhere spontaneously! It’s fast paced and the main character is fun and intelligent.

I freaking LOVED this manga! It was so much fun and the characters all had such entertaining personalities. Ailette is absolutely the star of this show. I love how she ended up gaining the admiration of everyone around her. Her level of sass was unmatched 😂 The backstory was interesting and quite sad, but it was so fun to read about her life in the web-novel world. The art style is great, and I loved the details around the Voice of the World text bubbles. They were very expressive. I will definitely be continuing with this series. Highly recommend!

Ailette Rodeline, a child prodigy with a secret weapon as a transmigrator, faces a brutal time-loop novel. With an insurance package, she needs help to survive and prove herself an S-class heroine, despite her top-tier support system and item shop.
First of all, the illustrations were stunning! This, alone, caught my eye. I was not too familiar with portal world manga, but this story does a pretty good job for a noob like me. The story was easy to follow and I'm genuinely interested in picking up the next volume.
Thank you to NetGalley and Yen Press | Ize Press for the opportunity to read an Advanced Reader's Copy (ARC) in exchange for my honest opinion and review.

An adorable and funny comic complete with detail pastel art that you can peacefully enjoy! (And definitely project your desires to be reborn into a childcare romantasy novel too lol) One of my favorite manga reads of the year, and will definitely be reading more!

Overall, I did enjoy this isekai. The female MC receives a text message asking her to sign up for life insurance, right before dying. She hits yes, and is transported to another realm where she's assigned a new role as a character in a book. Because she signed up for the life insurance, she starts with quite a bit of cash that allows her to boost her character's skills and quickly work her way through challenges.
Unfortunately, there were several instances where lightly colored text that were impossible to read against the white background, as well as blank text boxes. Because I couldn't read the full text, I can't say with 100% certainty that it means our selection criteria for our school library, but it seems like a likely purchase for a junior high audience.

I always get excited when I see the first volume of a new manga, but I'm super picky and I need to stop requesting them without a second thought.
Drawings are okay but nothing special (see Aomanju, Atelier of the Witch Hat), the storyline is not for me.
It is not a bad manga, in any means, but I found it mediocre (witn no negative meaning, just "in the middle").

I received a digital copy from Ize Press in exchange for an honest review. Thanks to Netgalley.
Hmmm so... This was a bit of a let down for me. The art is very cute and the characters seem interesting enough. One thing I appreciate is that despite the overused theme of transmigration, this series introduces a game-like mechanic which was refreshing. I'm not sure if there's plenty of others that do the same but seeing as I don't read manhwa often, I only know of this one and Solo Leveling, I guess.
Anyhow, the cover alone led me to believe this would be a cute story about a girl learning some magic or potions or botanic, even. Something along those lines, you know? And while that isn't completely wrong, I felt disappointed to find out that not only was it another transmigration royal family type of story, but also that it's combat and dungeon focused...
It's not that I have any issues with those themes, they just personally do not interest me much, and as fun as the game mechanics were, it also turned every page very text heavy and I honestly struggled with finishing it as I wasn't as interested as I thought I would be from the cover...
To be honest, it makes me a little sad because I really loved the cover and wanted to have some fun with this story... I liked the connections that started to brew between the main character and Bia, and I'm curious about the male lead that has yet to appear, so I might try to check out volume 2 but I'm not sure if I'll continue after that... We'll see.
Overall it wasn't bad in any way, it was just not engaging enough for me, personally.

A cute fantasy comic, a good funny read perfect for those looking into getting into reading manwhas.

Good intro volume to this series. I like the game aspects and the sass that the system gives. Very gun read waiting for more.

This book was given to me by the publisher in exchange for an honest review. The Perks of Being an S-Class Heroine might seem like a classic isekai at first glance, but it is so much more than that. Allie, the main character is spunky and smart. After her death, a magical insurance policy brings her to another world, where all of the light novels/web comics she read in her life have become the real worlds where she can be reincarnated. The fantasy realm where she reincarnates is one of the toughest ones, but she uses her knowledge of the light novel (that she had read in life) as well as the huge payout from her magical insurance policy to ensure her survival in this world. It's so fun and her internal monologues are pretty funny. The art is beautiful and the whole volume is in color! This is a great fun read! I can't wait till volume 2.

This is such a fun and cute story! It's so funny because it doesn't take itself too seriously and the main character is really likable. The art style is soo aesthetically pleasing and the world building is so interesting

This was such a fun book! It was so funny and I loved following Ailette's character around as she explored this new world. The entire concept is fantastic and I loved the interaction of prayers from Ailette to the Voice that Shapes the World.
