This is honestly such a good novella! I loved the characters, loved the tropes. If you love a good age gap, work-place romance, this is for you!

Overall I'd definitely read this book again and I would recommend this book for fans of other romance books.I have received this ARC for an honest review, all thoughts/ opinions above are my own.

It was fine for a novella. I would’ve preferred it to be spicier, and have more detail overall. It felt very rushed and like it needed to be longer but the author didn’t/couldn't make it longer.

Thank you to @netgalley for this ARC. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

My thoughts: I’m not new to age gap romances, but I am new to best friend’s parent.. The cover wasn’t doing it for me unfortunately and there’s a trope in this book that really gives me the ick. I enjoy insta love but this one was way too fast. It might not be for me, but I’d only recommend it if you enjoy forbidden romance, age gaps, best friend’s dad, workplace romance, and yes…. pregnancy trope.

Thanks Netgalley and Victory Editing for giving me the opportunity to read and review The Intern Crush!

Do you like a little spice, a lot of billionaire and maybe a touch of forbidden (best friends dad) romance?! If you answered yes, this book is for you!

We are first introduced to Selena, a hard working college student, who is ready to intern at a fashion magazine and move forward with her life, but before we get to that... her world comes crashing down when she stumbles upon... an unfortunate incident.

How does it all come together? Pick up this book, available on Netgalley for request, and on Kindle June 7th!

I liked it a lot. It's entertaining and the romance is cute. The conflict of the heroine falling in love with her best friend's father is always interesting. Being a short book things happen fast and problems are resolved right away. The ending was very nice, it was worth it.
