Julia and Sierra have done it again! This wasn't my favorite of the series, but it made me continue to love the people of Christmas Notch. The relationship fell a little into the "JUST TALK ALREADY!" trap for me, but they always do a good job of getting the couple out of that rut.

I really enjoyed the other two books in this series, but this one was not for me. I didn’t connect with the characters and I did not feel that Isaac and Sunny had chemistry.

What a cute Christmas novel! I really enjoyed this book it was cute and uplifting with a great amount of spice

I loved the first book of the series so I was excited to read A Jingle Bell Mingle. This book has some good laugh-out-loud moments but also balanced it with emotional moments. Overall I enjoyed this book but the first one is still my favorite.

I LOVED Book one of this series. Book two had a twist that I was not a fan of but the writing and the characters continued to be enjoyable.
Book three is also fun! Holiday reads can be very hit or miss for me, but Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone have nailed the perfect balance!
Love this world and these characters.

In the third and final Christmas Notch novel, we see the third and final member of an infamous boyband, Isaac finding love with former adult performer and now screenwriter, Sunny. Isaac is trying to write music again after his young wife's death, and Sunny is struggling to finish the screenplay she promised the Hope Channel six months ago. The two band together and hunker down in Isaac's mansion in an attempt to get some words on pages, but the chemistry between them is certainly an added distraction.
This has been a fun little series. I love the irreverent, adult take on sweet holiday romance, and interesting insight into the adult entertainment industry. The authors know how to do spice, and do it well, and also bring great plus-size rep. But my favorite parts of these books are the little sneak peaks into producer Teddy and agent Steph's relationship and I'm deeply saddened that they don't get their own book.
Thanks to Avon for my eARC! All thoughts and opinions are my own.
4 stars - 8/10

DNF at 40%. I am no longer interested in these authors and I no longer support them. The book wasn't holding my attention and I didn't care about the charactersl

A JINGLE BELL MINGLE by @thesierrasimone & @andimjulie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
ALL OF THE STARS. OH MY GOSH I loved this so much. It was hysterical and 🌶️🌶️🌶️ and so heart warming!!!! I seriously couldn’t handle it. I stayed up until 4am reading this and then couldn’t go to sleep because I was too busy swooning over this story. I can not recommend this enough. I hope these two continue writing together I am obsessed with everything they do!

While I enjoy these individual authors, I have gripes about their holiday collaboration- the text is too cringe to be considered camp. Each follow up novel has had the characters be more extreme with their "quirkiness" - now the leads are nearly intolerable. I would still recommend the first in this series but after that I think you could sit out,

This series was not for me. I did not finish. The writing was difficult to get into. I also could not get behind an adult film star for a Christmas romance.

I loved the previous two books in this series, and this one kind of fell flat for me. I liked sunny and Isaac but the plot of finding a muse and discovering the town Christmas miracle was a little quirky.

This book was everything and more! All I needed was to be wrapped up in a cozy blanket and be put in front of a fire and I’d be all set. I recommended this book to all of my friends.

I was pleasantly surprised with this read! The plot was easy to follow along with but also interesting and complex. The bond between them was just so sweet and demonstrated the instant chemistry. I loved their attraction but also trying to do what is best for each other.
Seasonal reads often fall in the category for mindless which makes it hard sometimes for me to care about the plot. This one however had more depth to the story. I was truly invested in their story and made me want to binge read it all. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

July Murphy and Sierra Simone have done it again! They’ve managed to create the third installment of A Christmas Notch, delivering a story that tackles heavier topics like the death of a loved one, while also weaving in an incredible love story. This book had me laughing at times and brought me to tears at others. It’s truly amazing, and I highly recommend it not only for Christmas but any time you need a pick-me-up.
This series consistently offers the perfect blend of humor, heart, and depth, with imperfect characters who undergo fantastic character development.

I will miss revisiting this universe each Christmas season - and I think this book especially tugged on my heartstrings. In the end, the main tension between these two characters should have been easily resolved with one or two conversations, but isn't that how it goes in life? Conflicts that could be easy to resolve drag on because nobody knows how to broach the topic or express themselves fully? Yes, you'll probably spend more than a few pages yelling at the characters to get their sh*t together, but sometimes that's fun.
Also, there's a cat who regularly steals the show - what more could you want? Except for maybe a dog or two.

Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone deliver a heartwarming and steamy holiday romance in A Jingle Bell Mingle, the third installment in the Christmas Notch series. Sunny Palmer, a part-time adult film actress and screenwriter, and Isaac Kelly, a former boy band star, find themselves sharing a home in the festive town of Christmas Notch, Vermont. Both creatively blocked, their witty banter and undeniable chemistry lead to a romance full of humor, emotional depth, and holiday charm.
With themes of sex positivity, body positivity, and personal growth, the novel is both cozy and thought-provoking. While the large cast of characters may feel overwhelming for newcomers and the explicit content may not suit all readers, this book is a delightful treat for fans of witty and passionate holiday love stories.

Exactly what I expected, maybe a little less. I enjoy my annual trip to Christmas Notch, but the books are definitely the same thing with new characters plugged in. Nothing crazy, but if you need a Christmas read, this series is ok.

Forced proximity will always be a favorite for me! It really shows people different sides to each other that you may not have otherwise seen. I enjoyed the main characters and their chemistry. I liked that they semi had a past together which made their connection more believable and enjoyable.

I enjoyed the story, but there were a few moments I found less than favorable. It's definitely just a difference in preference situation that I wasn't aware of when starting this book, so it's no fault to this book. I would recommend if you enjoy spicer romances.

How is this the end? I loved this series so much! A little spicy with a lotta heart. I have hopes that they will find other story lines to continue Christmas Notch!
