I always make sure that if it’s part of a series I read the previous ones. I did so in this one and it didn’t disappoint!

If you have not read the other titles in this series, it is highly recommended that you read them before starting this title. Several of the characters and scenes carry over into this book, so you might be a little lost.
Sunny and Isaac have amazing chemistry together and I fell head over heels in love with them both!!

Let me start by saying I had not read the first two books in the Christmas Notch series when I received the ARC for A Jingle Bell Mingle. This meant I had to run out and get the first two. I loved them! If you have not read them, run and get them now. Hallmark meets OnlyFans.
Sunny and Isaac are great together. I really liked their relationship, but I wish they would’ve admitted it sooner. That would be my only complaint. Everything else was great. There are some more serious emotions and topics, which just add to the depth of the characters. This book wraps everyone up so nicely. In a beautiful bow. It was a fun, enjoyable Christmassy read.
Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC ebook of this book.

"A Jingle Bell Mingle" by Sierra Simone is an engaging and spicy addition to the Christmas Notch series, though it stands well on its own. The chemistry between the quirky and enjoyable main characters, Sunny and Isaac, drives the story, making it both heartwarming and fun. While it touches on some serious topics, the book's overall tone remains light and festive, suitable for any time of the year. Fans of Sierra Simone will appreciate this entertaining and cozy holiday romance.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the arc of this book. A Jingle Bell Mingle is the third book in A Christmas Notch series but honestly can be read as a stand alone and still be enjoyed. The characters in this book are quirky, different and very enjoyable. Both main characters are great and have amazing chemistry. They make the book even better. This is a Christmas book but can be enjoyed any time of the year. As a fan of Sierra Simone this is not her spiciest book but this book still has a lot of spice. This book does touch on some serious topics but overall this book is a fun enjoyable read.

I'll start off saying that I haven't read the first two books. I think it may have helped a little with the other characters, but it isn't like I was lost. Isaac and Sunny are good together. It did feel a little forced how they kept pushing each other away even though they were both into each other. I get the baggage they both had, but they both had a long time to get the clarity they needed. The lack of therapy these characters had was the most surprising. I enjoyed the story regardless.

This was another great book by these authors. So far everything they have written has been and must read for me. Other readers who have read their books will enjoy it as well.

Nailed it! This was so entertaining to read. The first few pages had me hooked. Thanks to NetGalley for the steamy and fun winter romance novel. Five stars.

I loved this story! Their romance is hot and heavy from the beginning, they don't realize they are meant to be, and then they come ro realize they are in love and not lust. So adorable and I adored their side adventures that lead them to understand their love for each other.

Christmas in June 2 of 3.
Thanks to Avon/Harper Voyager and NetGalley for this eARC!
Fun! I'm sad this is the last one of the Christmas Notch books - this was a fun series. I wish a Hallmark exec would read these and make some changes to their films. This one was very cozy - lots of getting snowed in. I also really like the historical mystery. I do think this could have used a slightly firmer edit and could have been a wee bit shorter, but I had fun spending extra time in Christmas Notch!

This was a fun next installment from Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone. If you are a fan of the earlier books, this one will not disappoint. The spice in this one is GREAT, and it had some funny and feel-good moments that make it memorable and enjoyable. I think it is worth the read to dive into Sunny and Isaac's story, and these two authors obviously have great co-writer chemistry together.

I am obsessed with this series of books and this story was so absolutely perfect! I love Sunny SO MUCH and Isaac is just too precious. I loved his cat care chat friends and their adventures trying to find the true story of the angel and the mailman was just absolutely thrilling. It was incredibly sweet and steamy.

A bittersweet read— this is the final book in this trilogy. It comes out later this summer.
I love these Christmas Notch books. They’re sex positive, non judgmental and hilarious.
"What happens when there’s no room at the inn and you and your potentially demonic cat become roommates with your grumpy one-night stand?
Part-time adult film actress/one-time adult film director/makeup artist Sunny Palmer has accidentally sold her very first screenplay to the Hope Channel. That was six months ago. Fast forward to a looming deadline, an uninspired Sunny has returned to the source of her inspiration in Christmas Notch, Vermont, to immerse herself in the local Christmas miracle on which her fever dream of a movie pitch was based.
Isaac Kelly, former boy band heartthrob and the saddest boy in the music biz, is the latest owner of the town’s historic mansion. After his years of heartbreak following his young wife’s death, Isaac’s record label is done waiting for new music. What better place to attempt his first holiday album than a snow-covered mansion where he can become a hermit in peace?
But after their best friends’ wedding leads to them waking up together in a freezing motel room with questionable wiring and a broken shower, Isaac takes a chance and asks Sunny to stay with him at his home. Surely the place is big enough that he’ll hardly see her or her unhinged cat. But when the two discover they’re both creatively blocked, they make a handshake deal: Isaac will help Sunny hunt down the truth behind the local lore, and Sunny will find Isaac a new muse."
I love reading about people unapologetic and honest about who they area and the found family they’ve created. This book wraps up the stories of two characters we’ve known throughout the series and gives us a nice CODA on all the people we’ve fallen in love with over the books.
Know who you are, Know what you’re worth and don’t be afraid to ask for it.

A Jingle Bell Mingle is the third book in the A Christmas Notch series. Although I had only read the first book before, this one shared the same heartwarming Hallmark vibes but with a slightly steamier and edgier twist. The book felt a little too long, but it was understandable because the author needed to tie up all loose ends. The romance between Sonny and Isaac was fun, but I didn't find this book as enjoyable as the first one I read. I still thought it was a good read though.
Thank you to NetGallery and to Avon and Harper Voyager for giving me a copy.

3.5 stars
The latest entry in the Christmas Notch series (finally) focuses on sad boy Isaac and cheerful, comedic relief Sunny. We’ve seen Sunny in the previous books and finally she gets her own book and romance.
Sunny is a talented porn star/makeup artist/adult film director and now screenwriter. Unfortunately she’s suffering a major case of writers block. Enter her bff’s wedding, a faulty hotel shower, and perpetually angsting Isaac who (spoilers) she had a threesome with two-ish years ago. The chemistry between Isaac and Sunny is as strong as ever and Isaac who is still grieving his wife is looking for a casual fling. The two become roommates with benefits and sort of partners on their creative endeavors. Isaac helps Sunny research a local Christmas legend and Sunny works on finding Isaac a muse to inspire him into writing a Christmas album. Of course, romance throws a wrench into everyone’s carefully laid plans.
I really enjoyed learning about Sunny’s backstory and how she’s not always the super upbeat and hilarious person we’ve come to know and love from previous books. The spice between her and Isaac was also excellent. I wasn’t sure if I was a huge fan of the ending and figuring out, they liked each other, and it felt like Isaac both took too long and too fast to realize his feelings. I’m keeping it vague as possible for no spoilers. I don’t know if this is the final book on the series but it seemed to wrap everything up nicely. I would definitely read another book in the series though.
I was provided a free copy of this book through NetGalley.

This was by far may favorite of the Ink boyband series. It was a perfect conclusion to the group and included some of my favorite storylines. The mystery hunting, the librarians, the polyamory are just perfect little touches to this story. The smut is tip tier and the romance is believable. Not going to lie, I wish there were more members of the boyband for these two to continue writing about!

Another can't-miss Christmas Notch tale from Murphy and Simone! These books are incredibly readable, full of spicy interludes and laugh-out-loud one-liners, but with real heart. It's nice to check back in with the protagonists of previous tales in the series as well. I look forward to picking a Christmas Notch book for A Bookish Affair one day...but how to choose? It's a good problem to have. :)
Many thanks to the authors, publisher, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!

This book was amazing and I devoured this book just as much as the others! I loved the character development and how the story progressed.

Fans of the series will be delighted with this continuation. Both main characters are present in earlier installments, and the series' established characters wander in and out, so read in order for best results.
Both characters are bisexual (not labeled as such, so they ("they") or the authors might assign a different label)-- although they end in a straight-passing relationship, both characters date (during the book, and previous to the start of the story) other people of their same gender presentation. This is an unremarkable aspect of each character, and neither has a tragic coming-out back-story: a refreshing representation!
Less refreshing in the heroine's ADHD. It's not mentioned early in the story, appears mid-way through the book as kind of a shoe-horned element, and isn't integral to her character-- her childhood and losses are a much larger and more fitting explanation for her personality and her hang-ups, and it would be ok to have a female character be a little disorganized and energetic without having to give her a diagnosis. This felt less authentic than other representations, such as Cleat Cute and others. Also, the female main character is specified (constantly) as being "curvy" and later non-standard sized, but her body size isn't specified. There's one scene in which she gets stuck while trying something on in a store, and the narration and character conversations around this felt realistic, but larger-bodied readers might wonder if she's apple-shaped or pear, or if she's XL or 4X, as these would also affect how this character interacts with the world.
Very explicit, as series fans should expect, but the emotional punches as each character grows are the real meat of the book. eARC from NetGalley.

If you've read the previous two installments in Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone's Christmas Notch series, you know what you are in for, and A Jingle Bell Mingle is more of the same (in the best ways) - kinky, sex-positive, body positivity, raunchy fun. Sunny and Isaac are characters that we've been introduced to in the earlier installments, and they certainly proved to have chemistry, and interesting backstories, in this one. The story even managed to surprise me a bit, as I wasn't sure where Sunny's backstory was really going, and the commentary on dealing with grief and loss was spot on. All in all, a very enjoyable read that I'll be recommending to fans of Spicy Romance.
