This is the fifth and final book of The Five Deadly Sins series, and what a beautiful ending! Aurora is the youngest of the Sinclair siblings. She has had two Seasons, but now she is bored and finds herself more curious about certain physical pleasures. After having a little too much to drink, she propositions her brother's friend, Worth, to teach her of such things. Both have a mutual attraction to each other, which neither has admitted. When she approaches Worth with her request, at first he is shocked. He couldn't possibly help her could he? She is his friend's little sister and he is much too old for her. But if he doesn't do it, she'll just ask someone else. There is no way he could let that happen. He tells himself it is to protect her, but his desire for her is clear. Soon they come to realize just how much they want each other. But gossip and the threat of scandal make their journey to a happy ending a bumpy one.
A fast-paced page turner with characters I easily fell in love with and witty banter that was such fun to read! A perfect ending to a captivating series!

Entertaining, Steamy, Historical Romance

She wants him to tutor her in the art of love, so he gives her a book. Aurora wants to practice what they talk about in that book. Worth was only a man, so how long can he really resist? He might give into seduction, but will he finally succumb to love? First, he must sleigh demons from his past and let love heal his heart.

Like all the Deadly Sins books, this one is a delight. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to those who like steamy, historical romance, where seduction is the name of the game.

“You are a brazen thing, Aurora Sinclair.”
“Wanton, if you listen to gossip.”

Ah…Kathleen saved the best for last! I’ve enjoyed most of the stories in this series but this had so many elements of contemporary romances and they translated well. Although I definitely still prefer her full length novels, I found this one (~200 pages) to be perfect for this story.

Aurora, the youngest of the Sinclairs is in her 2nd season and is for all intents and purposes…horny 🤭🤷🏻‍♀️ She’s felt a strong attraction to one of her brother’s business partners, Charles Worthington, but he is a firmly established rake and bachelor after being burned by love in the past. Though not immune to Aurora, he does what he can to distance himself from her to remove any temptation on his end.

Not to be deterred Aurora pursues Worth hard, and his resolve begins to weaken. She still wants to marry for love, which she know he can’t give her, but that doesn’t mean they can’t have a little fun 😏 So begins her quest to get “Lessons” from him. He thinks by giving her a naughty book that will give her all the education she needs, she’ll be pacified, but it only heightens her want for him to teach her.

I enjoyed to dynamic between Aurora and Worth. Though Kathleen hasn’t shied away from writing sex positive heroines, Aurora is definitely the most brazen and I loved it. 💯 She made this man speechless at times. As the dalliances start to turn to real feelings I loved the jealousy on Worth’s end. Though it took him time to admit, I felt the ache at his conflict over his past, and worked out his issues because the thought of Aurora not being his was just unacceptable.

I also loved the side plot with Aunt Lottie 🥰 She’s been a consistently great secondary character in this series so to finally see her get a happy ending was so satisfying!

This one is your classic feisty young lady paired with her older brother’s best friend. Aurora is in her second season of the marriage mart, devastatingly attracted to her brother’s friend Worth, who has basically been ignoring her since her debut. That’s because he’s also attracted to her, knows it’s dangerous, and has his own tragic backstory of heartbreak and distrust of women. Somewhere along the way, Aurora asks for lessons in pleasure, which Worth refuses until he doesn’t. It’s all steamy and flirtatious and we also get a fun side romance for our dear chaperone Aunt Lottie. It’s a great conclusion to this series and I enjoyed it a lot!

We have the last book in the Deadly Sins featuring the Lady Aurora and Charles Worthington. Brother's friend trope with an age gap. These two dance around each other until everything boils over. What Aurora never knew was Worth has been fascinated and attracted to her for awhile. A nice wrap up to this series. My only hope is there's a book for her aunt...

This was a delightfully wicked and entertaining story. Filled with shocking trysts in a parlor room, a garden maze, a secluded darkened path off a ballrooms veranda, a book store along woth a study. It also included humorous situations, a scandalous memoir of a Courtesan, delicious brazen behaviors, lovely romance, and delectable steam. The characters were interesting. I enjoyed how a true love evolved, and it had a very happy ending. I highly recommend reading!

Another wonderful story by this author. Lady Aurora Sinclair was living up to the scandalous name that has befallen her family, but if Mr. Charles Worthington has anything to say about it, this won’t happen. Except he’s too tempted by her and always has been, that he might just ruin her himself. Would that be bad?

I really enjoyed Aurora and Worth’s story. They made a great couple, with a rocky road getting to their HEA, because of Aurora’s persistence in one matter. I was surprised that Aurora had no clue that Worth had been in love with her forever. Usually it’s the other way around, and this was a nice change of pace. And give credit to Worth, he did his best in not getting involved with her, which wasn’t easy.

I’m hoping that Aurora’s aunt will have a story and we can get to know the background between her and her new (old) beau.

A series this captivating should be downright sinful, and Sinfully Wanton, the final installment of The Five Deadly Sins, is utterly irresistible. Kathleen Ayers has saved the best for last. While all the previous main characters in this series are delightful, Aurora Sinclair, the youngest of the bunch, is a wanton minx, perpetually up to no good . If anyone's earned the title of sinful, it's definitely her.

She's unapologetically bold, beautiful, and brazen, completely unfazed by the Karens of the Ton. She is intelligent, kind, knows exactly what she wants and not above seduction and a little bit of blackmail to get her freak on. Bored after surviving two Seasons and far too curious about physical matters, she propositions Charles Worthington, her brother’s older, experienced, rakish business partner. Shocked by Aurora’s bold request, Worth declines, that is until he realizes that Aurora is headed head first into ruin without his intervention. What begins as a somewhat innocent lesson in affairs of the bedroom quickly turns into affairs of the heart. One that threatens the bonds of friendship.

This series has been an absolute blast, with characters that feel like family! From creepy death masks and bug mishaps to potato phobias and scandalous escapades across London, the Sinful Sinclairs have left a hilariously wild and unforgettable impression. It's hands-down one of Ayers' best series. Check out her latest installment or binge the entire Sinful Sinclairs series for one heck of a fun read—perfect for a day by the pool!

Really enjoyed this age gap romance between the last Sin sibling, Aurora, and Charles, her brother's best friend. What made this one different from others of this genre was the sexual byplay between Charles and Aurora who is determined Charles will teach her the ways of love. What ensues is a comedy of errors, so to speak, ending up in all three of Aurora's brothers taking on Charles for his "attentions" to Aurora. Fun to read and enjoyable. Although I received an ARC of this novel, my opinions are my own.

Aurora is quite the little Vixen isn’t she? How I would like for her to be a lot older than twenty in the book. Perhaps twenty- four or older. Aurora would be more suitable for the steamy sexual scenes with Worthington. That was my only turn off about the book.

Wow. WOW. What a great book!!! These two have such great chemistry. This is book 5. I absolutely love this series and all of the family. Kathleen Ayers is a new favorite author!!! I wish this book was longer!
Thank you to netgalley for the ARC. Opinions are my own.

This felt a bit flat to me. The characters definitely have chemistry, but there’s not a lot of character development.

The main female character, Aurora, is sexually curious. Despite repeatedly stating that she will not behave in a scandalous manner, she repeatedly behaves in a scandalous manner. I found her character very immature.

The main male character, Worth, had some depth, but a lot of time is spent on repeating the same ideas and thoughts.

There were a number of modern ideas and phrases that took me out of the book.

Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this ARC in return for my honest review.

This is book 5 in The Five Deadly Sins series but can be read as a standalone. Ms Ayers didn't disappoint again! All her books are great. This book is about Mr Charles Worthington and Lady Aurora Sinclair. All the books in this series have been great and this one ended the series on a bang. Great sexy, romantic, fun filled book!
I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of this book from NetGalley.

I Loved It! Sinfully Wanton the fifth in The Five Deadly Sins series does not disappoint at all! Lady Aurora lives up to the Sinclair, The Deadly Sins moniker. Lady Aurora sets out to cure her curiosity of the physical nature kind and her brothers business partner, Worth will do nicely! Charles Worthington is shocked by the request does not want to do as she requested but with a little blackmail from Aurora he agrees. Kathleen Ayers has written one awesome book with characters you will fall in love with, sizzling-hot love scenes, humourous situations and family unity. With returning characters from the other books in the series.

Another fun story in the Deadly Sins series, this one focusing on Aurora Sinclair and her reluctant suitor, Charles Worthington. Now, firstly I did have to get over the fact that in England, Charles Worthington is a celebrity hairdresser. Once I had done this, I was free to enjoy the book, in which Charles tries to avoid an entanglement with Aurora, as he's very good friends with her brothers. And ... fails.

Received an ARC from Netgalley.

Sinfully Wanton is the fifth book in The Five Deadly Sins series.

This is a very entertaining story full of sexual encounters in a maze, parlor and a bookstore. Lady Aurora Sinclair is the youngest sibling and with very little hope for a good match due to her family's unfair reputation. She has kept her eyes on her brother's friend and business partner, Mr. Charles Worthington. He also has a bad reputation for something he did not do. But the ton is very judgmental and very rarely believes the best of people.

Aurora and 'Worth' begin a fun relationship as he gives her a scandalous book with instructions and sketches of various positions of people having sex. Aurora lives up to the reputation given to her family and does not care. But will 'Worth' give up the ghosts that haunt him and find the love he has been missing.

Wonderful writing and great characters.

Overall I’ve really enjoyed the two books I’ve read in this series ( I will have to go back and read the first 3 at some point )
This one is really my favourite tropes - brothers best friend and an age gap ( she’s 19… he’s 30ish?) and although quite steamy it was also really sweet. .. also it hinted at some cliches we see a lot in HR, I’m glad the story didn’t go down that path ( ie a 3rd act breakup because of a jealous ex )

An enjoyable read though I don't remember much of it a week later. I do know that it is unclear how old the MMC is and I think that partly bothered me.

Ughhh!! I loved this series so stinking much and I am so sad it’s over! I have loved all of the characters and their stories and all the ins and outs of their lives. Well done! Great series you won’t regret it!

Aurora and Worth are wonderful characters who definitely fit the title! I loved their interactions and their chemistry. Their characters were emotionally intense and I really enjoyed this aspect. This series in general is great and I've waited with baited breath for each to come out. This latest definitely didn't disappoint! It was also fun to glimpse into some of the previous characters lives as well. And Aunt Lottie as a chaperone! I loved her character and her "chaperoning" ability. I received this as an arc. All opinions are my own. You will not be disappointed in this series!
