Really solid story.

Things I liked:
The narrative: while it was fairly predictable, personally, I loved it, as it kinda wrapped me in a warm blanket of young adult ambition, angst about the future and the friendships along the way.

Characters: I loved how the characters were making mistakes, not once, repeatedly. And then there were lessons that made them better people.

Music choice: top score

Things I wished were better:
I listened to an audio book. Don’t make the same mistake, read paperback. I wished I put play the slings the characters mention, or chapter songs as I was reading this book, but alas, phone can’t play 2 things at once :)

MMC dialog: at times it really felt like mmc is a guy written by a woman. Some word choices were a little forced and maybe even cringe.

Female narrator: for those who listen to audiobooks before sleep, she was perfect. For me consuming this during my commute, not so great. I could’ve used more emotion.
