I'm enjoying the dance of these two characters. I can't wait to see what the author has in store with the next book. I know it will be even more exciting then the last two books.

Every Part of You: Resist Me by author Megan Hart is definitely a middle book. It is the second book in Every Part of You series. Since this series is almost serial style writing you really need to start with the first book.
I did not and was a bit lost on some details.
Elliott has been resisting Simone for a while now. One sexy dance though has him wanting her. But he is hesitant to give into the darker desires Simone has.
I think he is more scared to give his heart when he doesn’t yet trust himself.
This is a fast read. I liked this snippet into their lives and would like to read more in the future.

I clicked for this with the first book so I got both... Unfortunately, this did not work for me.

I want to start off by saying that when I read part one of this serial, I enjoyed it. I was looking forward to continuing it, but something happened along the way. I got sidetracked, there were reading challenges that I took part in, work got busy...you know the drill. Needless to say it's been over two years (closer to three) and I'm revisiting this serial. That may have something to do with my reaction to EVERY PART OF YOU: RESISTS ME, but we'll get to that in a second.

EVERY PART OF YOU: RESISTS ME takes up right where the first book left off. Simone and Elliott are still dancing around each other figuratively and literally. After going out dancing, their attraction takes them to the bedroom but Elliott leaves Simone without a backward glance. He likes what they do together but he doesn't want to like it. Will he be able to get past his own demons and go after what he truly wants?

For some reason, this one didn't interest me as much as the first one. I don't know if it was the long time in between reading the parts or it was the story, but I just wasn't that moved. Elliott's stupidity was annoying. Also, Simone kept saying that she didn't have to chase a man but that's precisely what she seemed to be doing.

Elliott's decisions seemed to make both of them miserable and that's really where things ended. But, this time, I don't really have the desire to continue on. So, I think I'll leave things here with this serial.
