This book is funny. It takes a boring annoying subject and gives it a hilariously twist. It takes things that have happened and tells you in a way that makes it funny and understandable. It leaves the information in foot notes if you want to read the actual stories. It feels even more relate able now with all the ridiculous things that happen in Washington.
