My husband and I are big Dave Ramsey fans and have been really trying to figure out ways to get ahead on one income. This has been a topic of ours for a very long time. It was really neat to receive the advanced copy of this. We loved how simple this book was written to help you understand this concept. The ideas, and suggestions throughout the whole book were wonderful. I highly suggest this for anyone thinking about real-estate! Great book!
