A beautiful coffee table book that would be enjoyed by plant lovers and gardeners of all kinds. The Plant Lover's Guide to Sedums by Brent Horvath is very informative for the more serious plant keeper, but also visually stunning for those who just want to learn more about the hardy succulents and flowering ground covers.

I have several types of sedums in my garden and enjoyed looking them up and learning more about them that I didn't already know. I also found several others that I want to seek out at my local garden shop this growing season.

The set up of the book makes it fun and informative. I like the different blocks of information on each page, .separated by colorful photos and simple, easy -to-understand tables of information. Horvath covers everything here from propagation to good planting techniques. There's even parts about how to care for the plants at different times of the year and different stages of their growth.

Overall, this is a great book for the beginner or for the more experienced gardener!
