The book was okay but it couldn’t really hold my interest. I think it is just that it has been too many years since I’ve read any books in the series. I’m sure others will like it just fine.

Sorry to say that I did not enjoy this one.
Although there were a few parts that were good, it really did not hold my interest.

Another awesome book by the author. I have always loved reading W.E.B. Griffin books. Also love the historical aspect of the story. It was captivating and very well written and flowed really well. I am giving this 4 stars due to the fact that I couldn't understand the narrator. I did have to rewind the audiobook a couple of times so that I could understand what he was reading!

Wonderful book full of action and adventure and really leave you on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next.

So this is the first book that I have read by Mr Kirsanow not realizing that it was part of a series. After starting this book I found that I was a bit lost with the story after quickly figuring out that it was part of a series (despite looking this book up beforehand). After my realization I forged ahead with this book and found it hard to follow and a bit repetitive at times. I struggled through finishing it since it did not really hold my interest.
