Thank you NetGalley! What a cute book. I loved the story, very different from others I’ve read. The illustrations were amazing and really helped tell the story with the fantasy
Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for allowing me this book in exchange for an honest review.
From an enthralled 4 and 9 year old: This book has "very amazing pictures." It was "exciting and fierce!" "Very fun adventure trying to spot the dragon. And keeps you wondering what will happen next." At the end of the book the 4 year old exclaims, "Let's read about the pirate ship!" (She's pretty sure there is a next book to come with a pirate ship and yes we will be trying to find it if it's exists.)
From a pleased mommy: This book was beautifully written with a sing song rhyme that was fun for any time. I agree with my kids, the illustrations were gorgeous. The story was an adventure that kept their attention and had them actively guessing what was around the next turn. The kids and myself all gladly give this story five stars!
Thank you to NetGalley and to publisher for this advance readers copy in exchange for my honest feedback. This one is so cute!!! Loved their little adventure to discover a lonely dragon! Pictures are very eye catching and tell the story well.
The perfect Storytime story for preschool age and younger kids. The illustrations are bright and colorful. The rhyming text makes for easy reading and facilitates story prediction. It is an active story with actions that invite participation such as counting, jumping, hiding, and more. Kids will enjoy following the princess as she searches for her brother and makes magical friends along the way . It is also a good bedtime story as it ends with everyone settling down for sleep.
Two to five year olds would enjoy this book.
Thank you NetGalley, Rhiannon Findlay, and Sourcebook Kids for the ARC.
Such a fun and engaging story about a dragon but a little girl talking about her little brother who had learned to crawl. So cute
Thank you, Netgalley, Rhiannon Findlay, and Sourcebooks kids for the ebook. My daughter and I absolutely loved this book. A fun story to read and great illustrations. I loved the map at the beginning and seeing all the places within the book!
The most darling dragon book! My four kids absolutely loved this sweet story. The illustrations were beautiful and it was just such a fun story! They loved the silly dragon and his adventure. Wonderful book for kids!
A super cute and easy read! I loved the playful rhymes and charming illustrations. While there's no big lesson to take away, it's just a fun, silly story that my 4-year-old really enjoyed!
Thank you, NetGalley!
ARC Review
I loved this! A little girl is on a search for her baby brother, but she has to be sneaky so she doesn't disturb the scary dragon. She goes on an adventure to find him, but it turns out her brother is playing with him and the dragon's scariness is just him being misunderstood.
okay this book was so cute! my daughter loved the illustrations and finding the princess on each page. The story was great and I even found it funny myself

I adored dragons and this book depicted them in such a cute way! The illustrations are wonderful and so bright and colorful. This will be a great book to share with kids.
I love the bright, fun colors in the illustrations of this book! I also love the rhyming as I feel it makes children’s books so much more fun to read aloud. This book gives young readers the opportunity to use their imaginations and guess where little brother may have gone! The map at the beginning of the book is a fun touch too! I would purchase this book for my children.
"Don't Disturb The Dragon" was an imaginative, fun and rhythmic read. I thought the illustrations were very cute and eye-catching. I thought the flow of this story was great and I loved how sweet the ending was! This would make a great addition to any young readers collection of books!
Thank you Rhiannon Findlay, Sian Roberts, Net Galley and Sourcebooks Kids for providing me with an ARC of this book!
Thank you Rhiannon Findlay and Netgalley, for the e-arc. I am leaving this review voluntarily, and all opinions are my own.
What an adorable book! My children and I really enjoyed the story and illustrations 😊
An adorable imaginative book with brilliant illustrations and wonderful lessons about emotions and friendships.
My first grader was able to decode this book and read it to her little sister with minimal help. They both enjoyed the story and have requested it again.
It's a cute book for kids. Using fun imaginative illustrations to talk about emotions and that maybe just because someone is having a bad day, that doesn't mean you can't talk to them and be their friend anyway.
This is a fun picture book that children will love to read. My library will definitely be buying this book. I can't wait to see children love it as much as I did!
This was an amazing little children's book. I read it with my first graders. The illustrations were unreal and very quintessential young children's fantasy.
