This book was a fun one to read! Cam is a great character and we enjoyed following him on his adventures.
I had fun reading this book. A chameleon jumps into a backpack one day, and their life changes forever. They find themselves in a classroom, and they become the class pet. This leads them on some great adventures where they get to see some amazing things. Once this book comes to a close the life of this chameleon will never be the same.
This is a book about a chameleon going from his home to being a pet in a classroom. The illustrations are lively and fun, but I wish the cover was better. The story is a little long however it still works well. This would be a great book for a classroom. Iโm not sure itโs a read every night type of book but it is a book kids will enjoy.
I absolutely adored Cam and her sense of adventure. The story was very well written, using easy to understand language and illustrations that were bright and engaging. This book is a great way to teach children to be adventurous and encourage them to try new things. It also provides children with a better understanding of their emotions. The helpful discussion questions at the end were an added bonus. ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ ๐. ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ก is a great addition to any classroom library. Highly recommend.
Just a precious story about a chameleon who embarks into a great journey. The pictures are awesome and the story is fun and perfect for curious kids,

This is a story of a chameleon who goes on a big adventure. It's a cute story and the illustrations were bright and colorful. I think it was a little bit wordy, but I liked that it incorporated going to school and learning.

Gathered at the Table by Glennโs Nellist (Sept. 9) Using poems, it explains Jesus last supper and his time at the table. Such a profound, kid appropriate explanation of the communion.
Rosieโs Wild Ride by Paige Murray (Oct 7) Her completion doesnโt go quite as planned, but what if we keep going and ask โWhat if I can?โ as we follow big dreams! I canโt wait to get this for my daughter. Loved the illustrations.
Night Magic by Leigh Ann Henson (Sept 23) This was SUCH a fun book of information. Why does it take so long for the eye to adjust to night? Lots of great information with this book and at a childโs level.

A fun read about a chameleon that goes on an adventure away from her family in the jungle, and into a classroom full of tiny humans! It's cute and entertaining and interactive. I'm not overly enthusiastic about the style of the illustrations, but that's a personal taste. It's a nice touch to offer tips at the end of the book to encourage children to learn more about these animals.
