I enjoyed these characters quite a lot, and as I don't think I've read any other Christian medical drama, this was a refreshing read for me. I found the mystery compelling and the ending satisfying. My only complaint was that the writing felt a little stilted sometimes, but it was never enough to take away from my enjoyment of the story.

This is a suspenseful novel featuring a medical student whose faith is tested when a situation brings back the memory of her boyfriend being shot to death and puts her in danger. This book was fast paced, had a good main character in Shannon Frasier, and an interesting storyline.
