I reviewed this when it was originally uploaded to NetGalley and although I wasn't a fan of its original execution I liked the concept and the fact that it is being turned into a video game so decided to give the revised version a chance. I liked that this version was a lot longer and we get to see more of the story and we get introduced to a wider cast of characters. The revised version does a much better job at standing out as an original concept and I thought some of the fantasy items for example the clock that can slow down time were interesting and would be great in a video game.

Overall I'm very glad that I gave this book a second chance and I'm intrigued to see how this develops into a videogame in the future.
