What a powerful resource for anyone exploring sobriety with a faith-based twist!
In Love Life Sober, Christy Osborne brings her own story to the table, making it feel so genuine and relatable. Each of the 40 days offers a practical, faith-centered step toward sobriety—perfect for those moments when you’re wondering how to actually live alcohol-free. She mixes science and psychology with scripture, showing you that sobriety isn’t just possible, but meaningful and doable.
As someone who’s walked this path, I would have loved to have this guide early on—it’s like Christy’s there with you, helping you find a deeper connection to both your sober self and to God. If you’re looking for a compassionate, faith-driven guide to leaving alcohol behind, Love Life Sober is an incredible pick!

Thank you to the author, the publisher & NetGalley for this ARC!
This was only ok. It gave a lot of good reasons to stop drinking, and ways to manage it, but it didn’’t seem research based enough for me.
Have you ever been concerned about your drinking habits? Are you looking for a Christian based method to control your alcohol intake? Love Life Sober, by sobriety coach Christy Osborne, provides a guide to ending the hold alcohol may have on you by using analysis, meditation and prayer. She shares her own experiences, including painful ones like the death of her mother, that caused her to revert to heavy drinking. She helps the reader understand why drinking has become a problem and gives tools to help stop. Although Love Life Sober relies on an assumed strong Christian faith, the methods provided here will be helpful to any reader. 5 stars.
