I didn’t like this one at all. It was not exciting or gripping. It is a really bad take on steamy romance. It was told in such an odd perspective. Droll and flat.

if ya like twisted love & wished the rest of the series had those darker themes or want to dip your toe into “darker themes”, then this duet is for you!! super quick & bingeable too!!

i will say that liked this book more than the first one as i felt like there was more things happening. i love the tension & hayden is hot as heck. i do have to say some things were a bit annoying & honestly i think the two books could have been one. buuuuut both do these books were such a quick, easy, & entertaining read!! also, the spice is definitely more spicy in this one than the first.

if you’re looking for a duet to add to your goodreads goal that is beyond bingeable, then i say read these!

I was so glad I got approved for this since I had the first one already. I read them back to back because I couldn't stop! Well these characters were SO frustrating, I had to know what was going on. I can't say I especially loved the story, but I will say it kept me hooked.

This book is too much. I DNFed around 30%. It’s cheesy, repetitive, and the writing is bad. I read the first one and it was not good, but this one was just more of the same except it was also boring.

I really vibed with Once You’re Mine so I had pretty high hopes for Now You’re Mine. I was entertained, but I did hope for more.

Hayden is the definition of delulu unhinged and genuinely insane. If you don’t like that then this duet will be a non-starter for you. Calista is a true damsel in distress. She’s always in trouble even when she can’t see it coming. They are each others weaknesses and I think that’s what really keeps me locked in. While I enjoyed the dynamic between the MCs, the aspects of the mystery within the story fell a bit flat for me. Everything just happened a little too quickly and abruptly given how deeply their lives were intertwined. Overall, I really enjoyed this duet!

The second part of Morgan Bridges’ Possessing Her Duet picked up right where we left off in part one. Chapter one began with Calista quite literally clutching her pearls, and ended with Hayden declaring “now you’re mine.”— and if that doesn’t give you an idea of the beautiful chaos that you’re in for when you start turning these pages, I don’t know what will.

This sequel sucks. The first book was good, and I liked it but this one sucked. It truly sucked and the characters just became insufferable to me. The plot fell off in this book.

These books deliver for me. There’s a great balance of drama, mystery and intrigue, as well as relationship angst, will they/won’t they and, of course, spice. I enjoyed reading it.

Picking up where the last book left off Calista finds out that Hayden has been stalking her all along and she is not coping with it well. She wants space but Hayden refuses to give her even an inch, Things only get more complicated the more possessive he becomes… yet someone is still after Calista, the man who had previously assaulted her that was never caught is back again and he’s after her. Hayden wants to protect her no matter what, even if it means she hates him everything he’s doing, he is doing for her… yet the more he insists the more she draws away. Can they work out their differences or will their happily ever after never come… This one went even more off the rails than the first book. Hayden gives off Joe from You vibes but 10x more crazy. Calista really out here trying her best to cope and this man isn’t even letting her do that.
