This is the fifth novel in Bledsoe's Eddie LaCrosse series.
(I do recommend starting from the beginning of the series, even though this can be enjoyed on its own.)
If you're familiar with the series, you should know what to expect: a well-written, fun fantasy-detective story. There's a good mystery, a good plot, and some good light humour sprinkled in.
Recommended.
