My kids loved this book! It's super cute and kept their attention the whole time during reading. I highly recommend this book and will purchase a physical copy.
I read this with my son, and he loved it!! I thought it was cute, and the illustrations are great. The loud house is always fun, my son gave this 5 stars and I would agree.
I loved this cute little quick read. The loud house is such a fun family show and it’s nice to see it translated so well to graphic novel.
This is a fun and quick graphic novel perfect for Halloween. As a fan of spooky things as well as kid graphic novels, such as Dogman and Caption Underpants. I enjoyed the quirkiness of the characters and the simplicity of the stories. While some of the stories left a bit to be desired. Still very much recommended if you're into reading graphic novels to the kiddos, especially for Halloween.
The Loud House Spooky Special by The Loud House/Casagrandes Creative Team is a fantastic collection of comics perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit. From navigating an interactive haunted maze designed by the scare queen Lucy Loud to uncovering the chilling legend of the Candy Goblin, this collection is brimming with thrilling tales. The stories, such as Lincoln’s eerie encounter in “The Nightmare on Franklin Street,” are sure to send delightful shivers down readers’ spines.
With new stories from The Loud House and The Casagrandes creative teams, this comic collection offers plenty of scares, laughs, and Halloween hijinks. The vibrant illustrations and engaging plots make it an exciting read for fans of all ages, ensuring a spooky good time this Halloween season.
This is a delightful and quick graphic novel perfect for Halloween. As a fan of spooky things as well as children’s and teen graphic novels, I enjoyed the quirkiness of the characters and the simplicity of the stories. While some of the stories left a bit to be desired, if you're looking for a fast, seasonal graphic novel that is silly and lighthearted, this is the one for you.
Thank you, Netgalley and Papercutz, for providing me with an advance copy of this book.
I read this book with my 8 year old son. He said it was a good book and that he liked it. He laughed multiple times throughout the book which is always great to hear. I thought this was a good book and I liked that it was a bunch of short little stories so it was easy to read a few each night before bed.
First I would like to give a big thank you to #Papercutz and #Netgalley for this arc of #TheLoudHouseSpookySpecial in exchange for my honest review.
As an elementary educator I am always looking forward to purchasing new stories for my classroom. I especially love looking for holiday books to display during their month. After reading this graphic novel I decided I can’t wait to purchase this for the classroom.
While not the longest of stories or most intricate plot I had a really good time reading this short and engaging story. This graphic novel is definitely perfect for those who love Halloween and spooky season and look forward to reading a quick and easy read.
The Loud House Spooky Special is a quick but fun read following in the footsteps of the usual cast of characters. It will be an entertaining read of youngsters. The stories are short, and the graphics are bright and colorful. Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for the opportunity to review this graphic novel.
I was looking forward to this book because I love spooky stuff but this was not good. I was bored the entire time. My face was just the same plain resting bored face the whole time I was reading. Most of these short stories didn’t even have a point or an ending or anything. The characters are annoying, especially the girl with the puppet who makes the worst dad jokes. And the worst part is how they portrayed the character with Down’s syndrome. That made me uncomfortable, to say the least. And the first few pages are just filled with long winded pointless paragraphs about each character. This book isn’t for me, I suppose.
The Loud House Spooky Special was a fun quick read that showcases the hijinks of the characters of the Loud House and The Casagrandes. While I find it quite enjoyable, I'm obviously not the target audience for it but I'm sure its target audience will find it appealing.
I would have given it a full five stars if Luan Loud and her awful puns didn't annoy me so much. Never liked her in the show, didn't like her here but everyone else is five stars.
Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC in exchange for an honest feedback.

Another ARC read provided by @netgalley
I've recently been rewatching the TV show, so to have the opportunity to read their latest book that is set to hit shelves next month has been the best privilege ever.
I absolutely loved reading all the small comics within this book, which I know a lot of you will also like!
A few of these comics are set in the near future, meaning there are some new characters introduced 😏 (unfortunately, they aren't pictured, but their names are mentioned)
There was a few spelling mistakes that I came across, so may benefit from a few more edits
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This was such a fun book. This will be perfect for kids and they will love it. The graphics are very colorful and great. This goes along great with the tv show.
This was so good!!! A collection of short comics mostly about the Loud family and we get a bit of Casagrande family fun too!! I already knew when I was reading the first pages, where the many characters were introduced, that this graphic novel was going to be fun, chaotic, heartwarming and quirky! I loved it and read it in one go. It was a little spooky here and there but never too scary. There’s also a great interactive haunted maze included and Stephanie Brook telling us all about what it takes to make a comic page!! The preview of the next volume was too cute and I can’t wait to read it!!
Thank you so much Papercutz and NetGalley for allowing me to read this amazing arc in exchange for my honest review!

'The Loud House' is an animated TV series on Nickelodeon, for young adults. Its about Lincoln Loud and his 10 sisters. Lincoln is the middle child, loves to read comics in his underwear, and enjoys many adventures with his sisters, all who have very specific woman-theres an athlete, a tomboy, a Beauty Queen, a Shopaholic, a Goth girl, one is gay-they are all charismatic and have fun positive stories and messages. Their diversity is refreshing and adds to the flow of the comics.
All 16 of the comics here have a taste of the odd and stange-safe for kids but still spooky in nature. This was a delight to read.
Thanks to #NetGalley for sending this e-book ARC for review.

I love the Loud House! I’ve watched it for years and I can never get enough of it. This comic had such funny and entertaining stories. It felt like I was watching them on TV. Anyone who loves the show will definitely love these stories. I cannot wait for more!
Thank you to the author, the publisher, and NetGalley for this e-ARC.

Seeing as this book is written for kids, I felt it was only fair to let my 9 year old, lover of graphic novels and all things ‘Loud House’ be the one to review this one!
In the words of my 9 year old:
“I really liked reading this Spooky Special. It had a lot of fun parts in it that had me wanting to keep reading! I read it really fast because it was hard to put down! My one (critique) is that I found there were some parts that I wanted to know what happened next, but it wasn’t explained, so I was left with questions that didn’t get answered. That was kind of frustrating. Overall, if I know that I have friends that like the Loud House, I would tell them to read this book.”
This was brilliant. I adore Halloween and horror so this was great for me. Lucy was the best! The puns were so funny, if not a little cringey haha. I know I will be using those puns though with my friends when spooky season rolls around. It had something for everyone - kids and adults.
