A very useful guide to sales and sales management. Covers the basics from what makes a good sales team to how to organize and manage a sales process, with many concrete suggestions. While there’s nothing truly new here, the authors cover technologies including artificial intelligence and digital assistants, and techniques such as different metrics to measure sales successes.
