The Ex-Hex series is an absolute favorite of mine and this addition to the series makes me love it even more.

The Wedding Witch is the perfect ‘curl up on the couch, candles lit, a cup of tea and a warm blanket’ kind of book. The whole story felt like a warm hug.

The setting alone had me wanting to jump through the pages and into this world. I didn’t know I needed a haunted house, time traveling, witchy love story until I started this book and I loved every minute of it!

Bowen and Tamsyn’s story was a bewitching good time and if you’re looking for a book to add to those Halloween nights make sure to add this one!

The Wedding Witch releases on October 8th and I cannot wait to grab a physical copy!

Thank you NetGalley and Avon and Harper Voyager for an arc of this book. All opinions are my own.

Erin Sterling has completed the trifecta, bringing us the final Penhallow brother, Bowen, and all his broody, inquisitive, and witchy glory. Bowen, the third Penhallow brother with the longest beard and proclivity to be a bit of a loner/recluse, has spent the last several years up in the mountainside forests of Wales researching ancient magic. It isn’t until Bowen is approached by the ghost of his best friend from college, Declan, asking him to attend a Yuletide wedding, that Bowen decides to venture down the mountainside into civilization.

Now on the other side of the story we have Tamsyn Bligh, notorious dark magic artifact hunter and seller (even though she’s fully human) and Bowen’s right hand lady when it comes to sourcing artifacts for him to research. When Tamsyn takes a job at the wedding Bowen has been asked to attend, everything goes sideways quickly when they find themselves pulled back through time almost 70 years, to the wedding of Bowen’s late grandparents.

It’s a race against time to figure out why they were brought back to this very moment and what they need to fix in the past in order to right the future. If they don’t figure it out in time, they cease to exist. Their journey is filled with nothing but sexual tension and frustration as Bowen and Tamsyn have been the main character in each other’s fantasies over the last year. But there’s a catch, Tamsyn is a firm believer in never mixing business with pleasure and her rule is about to be both of their undoing. Can they get it together long enough to land them firmly back in the future before time runs out? The stakes are high and love is on the line in more ways than one.

I’m such a sucker for this series. There’s just nothing better than a good old love story mixed with witches and magic to hold me captive over several hours. Even though this is the third installment in the series, each book can really be read as a standalone (it’s just a lot more fun to read them together). Bowen and Tamsyn’s relationship with each other is really what hits this one home. Their carefree and witty banter with the undercurrent of longing keeps you turning the page to just get to the part where they realize they love each other already! Their characters really are some of my favorite and I believe Erin may have saved the best for last.

The ONLY negative I really have here is that the explanation at the end of how everything pans out was just too vague for me (I’m being intentionally vague here for a reason so I don’t spoil anything-you’re welcome). But essentially, I just wanted a bit more for the wrap up and how/why everything happened like it did (IYKYK). Regardless, I still loved the adorable storyline and characters. I’m curious to see if this is the end of the line for the Penhallow brothers or if they will be back again to elicit further swooning?? Only time will tell!

What a vibrant and immensely entertaining read! Filled with provocative writing, dramatic well built characters and mysterious turns that are wicked! 😆 Plus, Tamsyn’s inner dialogue is hilarious. Definitely enjoyable all around and makes me not only yearn to return to Wales, but it also makes me want to seek out more of Erin Sterling’s books.

Bowen is invited to a wedding and he agrees, not without complaint. Tamsyn is giving a job that takes her to the same wedding, even though she is solely suppose to be working for Bowen. Some magic has transported both back in time to 1957. They have to work together to get back to the present.

I devoured this in one day. This is the perfect fall read. Entertaining, attraction, time travel - what more can you ask for?

Thank you to Erin Sterling, Avon & Harper Voyager, and NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for any honest review.

Third brother is charm, omg !!!! This book was fenomenal. Like we get our grumpy witch and our ray of sunshine in the fmc, a bit on the side of risk but loved her. Their dynamic off the charts. Erin did it again with a witchy book that is perfect for christmas or october if you dont feel like waiting so long. But either way you need it.

THE WEDDING WITCH has cemented this series as an all-time romance favorite for me. Pitch-perfect, sweet, cozy, and fast-paced, each of these books just keeps getting better... somehow. THE WEDDING WITCH is packed with witchy vibes and tension and a perfect amount of spice, all tied together in a Christmas bow. Perfect for fans of PRACTICAL MAGIC and romcoms with plenty of banter. I binged this book, and I wish it could have been even longer, I could read these books forever!

Thank you to the publisher for the ARC.

I have enjoyed this paranormal romance series from the ex hex onward but I recommend reading the other installments first. Erin Sterling has a real talent for balancing mystery, witchy vibes, and comedic romantic fun with a pacing that will have readers devouring their books in a single sitting while begging for more.

I’ve adored The Ex Hex series and this was a great wrap up. The witty banter between Bowen and Tamsyn was a lot of fun and had me laughing out loud a couple of times, reminding me of conversations I’ve had with friends many times. Granny Annie was an absolute hoot! It was nice to have the moments of catch up for the subjects of the previous two books and I enjoyed the build up of the relationship between Bowen and Tamsyn that we got in the beginning of the book to put us in the now. This book was set around Christmas/Yule, rather than Halloween as we had with the previous two books, but it wasn’t overwhelming and this could really be read any time of year. The side characters for the time travel aspect were delightful and were nicely done. Overall, this was a quick, run read with a bit of spice to nicely round out or story of the Penhallow brothers. That being said, I do believe there is a particular storyline that was left unsolved, leaving me to wonder if perhaps we’ll be seeing these characters again, which I would not complain about! Thank you @netgalley for the ARC! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Genre: Paranormal Romance
Rating: 4.5/5⭐️
Spice: 1.5/5🌶️

Summary: Bowen has enlisted the help of Tasmyn to find specific artifacts for a quest he won’t let anyone in on. She agrees to seek out the items on an exclusive basis for him but when she sees a job come up with a pricetag that could change her life, she can’t help but jump after it.

Thoughts: I am SO sad this series is over. I was absolutely bewitched in the first two with the characters and the town. I continued to be bewitched by the characters in this one even though we get an entirely new setting.

This author has such a unique ability to balance mystery and coziness together. I was chasing the story but never felt overly anxious about it.

I loved the connection and chemistry between the two main characters and the journey they go on as a couple. They had a partnership that made the romance so much more swoony.

There were so many hilarious moments but also a lot of heart warming ones. This was the perfect farewell to the Graves Glen characters, I loved it.

Thank you to the author and publisher for providing an advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

The Wedding Witch by, Erin Sterling is a delightful addition to the Penhallow brothers/ Graves Glen world and is Bowen and Tamsyn’s story. This book was sweet, spicy, and funny with amazing chemistry and banter between the main characters and to top it off time travel!

Tamsyn is a human who works acquiring magical artifacts and for the past year she has been working exclusively for Bowen Penhallow. When a job comes up that would give her enough money to retire from acquiring, and let her finally act on her feelings for Bowen without breaching the employee-boss relationship, she decides to take one last job. She ends up at a witchy wedding with Bowen, there at the request of his ghost best friend, and the two of them are sent back in time where they have to work together to fix the past.

This has been an absolutely delightful series to read and I loved the chemistry between Tamsyn and Bowen. I liked how the author used messages between the two to show their relationship developing over the year they knew each other and although I would have loved to see more of their interactions over the year Instill felt the messages got the job done showing the two get closer. Even before the two of them became romantic it was never a doubt these two would end up together but I did feel like we needed another scene to get them from “we are maintaining a work relationship” to bed. They had amazing banter which I adore.

I loved the time travel in this book and the fact that we could see the same side characters as younger versions of themselves. There was a great host of side characters in this book that really helped move the story along.

it dragged on a bit for me when the two first traveled back in time but it really picked up at the end and ended up being a great read.

Thank you NetGalley and Avon Harper Voyager for the ARC.

I absolutely devoured Erin Sterling's two previous books and maybe because I read the both during fall when the vibes were there for this type of setting. But I was not feeling The Wedding Witch at all. Took me a while to get through for a romance book. I liked the writing as always, Erin Sterling is great at world building and setting the scene up where you can clearly picture it in your head. But this time the characters fell short for me. They did not seem to have any chemistry and fell in love out of nowhere in my opinion. The plot was also average but I will not say that I will never read their books again because at the end of the day Sterlings books are pretty entertaining, maybe I will read again and in the Fall and change my mind.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC!

This was so cute! Such a fun return to Graves Glen and finally getting Bowen’s story! Tamsyn was a fun and sassy FMC and not at all what I would’ve predicted for Bowen but they were perfect together. Time travel, holidays, family drama, soulmates, no third act breakup and no miscommunication trope makes this one a super fun holiday read! 🌲❤️ Thank you to the publisher and to Netgalley for the ARC!

I’ve read the entire Ex Hex series, and I have to say this is my favorite of the 3. These books are spooky, witchy, and fun. I liked the inclusion of time travel in this novel and the 50s fashion. Solid read for a time I was needing a light, quick read.

The wedding Witch is the first book that I read from Erin Sterling. I also noticed that it's part of a book series. I must honestly say that it was a great standalone read. I loved the story had witches, humans, and time traveling.

Bowen is a witch that hires Tamsyn who is a human to be his personal magical artifact collector. I enjoyed that since the beginning there was a love connection between them. By the luck of magic Tamsyn and Bowen ended up in the same home where a witch was going to get married. During their own hunt for a magical artifact they ended in 1957 and they have a limited time to find out what they need to fix.

I enjoyed the magic, romance and the mystery. I was hooked on the book because I wanted to know if they will ever go back to 2024. I rooted to Bowen and Tamsyn's love and there was spice in the book.

I highly recommend this book if you are looking for witches, love and magic.

Another charming book in Sterling's fun witch series, although this one is almost entirely outside of Graves Glen! Maybe it was that, plus the slightly rushed and confused ending that knocked it down to 4 stars. Still recommended, but not my absolute favorite of the series!

A heartfelt thank you to NetGalley and Avon and Harper Voyager for providing me with an advance reader copy of this enchanting novel.

"The Wedding Witch" by Erin Sterling is a delightful mix of romance, magic, and mystery. Following the New York Times bestselling success of The Ex Hex and The Kiss Curse, Sterling brings us another spellbinding tale, perfect for the Winter Solstice.

Bowen Penhallow, a reclusive scholar of dark magic, is reluctantly drawn into a Yuletide wedding in the Welsh countryside by his ghostly friend, Colin. Tamsyn Bligh, a human dealer in magical artifacts, attends the same wedding with hopes of a big score. When a powerful spell transports them to the past, Bowen and Tamsyn must navigate the 1958 Yuletide celebration at Tywyll House, unraveling its haunting origins and dealing with their growing attraction to each other.

Sterling's writing is witty and captivating, seamlessly blending humor, suspense, and romance. The chemistry between Bowen and Tamsyn is electric, and their journey through time is filled with enchanting twists and turns. "The Wedding Witch" is a delightful read that keeps you hooked from start to finish, reminding us of the magic of love and the importance of facing our past.

Highly recommended for fans of romantic fantasies with a touch of the supernatural.

If you are a fan of Erin Sterling's books you will love this one! It has it all--time travel, employer/employee "forbidden" love, one-bed forced proximity, magic, and time travel! I loved seeing familiar characters from her last books. I also really enjoyed the twists along the way. No spoilers, but the ending really tied things together nicely! This was one of those feel-good books that you can't put down. And it was a bit spicier than I remembered the first two being, which was nice!

Another delicious adventure with a swoon worthy Penhallow brother. The way I've loved these books, these brothers, and the vibrant women that steal their hearts is astounding. Please don't let this be the last book! I was so excited to receive an eARC for this that I told myself I would pace myself.....I read it in a day...and I have two kids under 3 and work a full time job...

Bowen is delicious. His Welsh mutterings, his devotion and deep care for those he cares for, his deceptively rough caveman exterior - there is no Penhallow brother more deserving of finding love than him. I also LOVE a redemption arc and getting that for Tamsyn was awesome. Although, to be honest I liked her character in The Ex Hex! Their whirlwind romance and banter was so entertaining and I loved how this wasn't an "enemies-to-lovers"-esque story like the previous ones. I was curious how things would end with Declan as well and this tied everything up nicely. It was a little less adventurous than the previous two books which is crazy because of the time travel, but no less entertaining. Lowri was such a lovely Jones witch tie in and I wish there was somehow more of her or at least some mentioned acknowledgment of her to Vivi and Gwyn. Again, please don't let this be the last book! Now we need something with all of them in Graves Glen - kind of like a the Scooby-Doo "Mystery Incorporated" gang.

Thank you Erin Sterling, Avon, and NetGalley for the e-ARC!! Don't mind me just continuing to recommend this series to all of my friends!

I love a witchy rom com and I especially love Erin Sterling’s books. The Wedding Witch has a new setting and a different vibe from the first two books but I loved it! It was funny and steamy and it kept me entertained for the entire book. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I would’ve liked more backstory for Tamsyn. I really liked her character and just wanted to know more.

Thank you to Avon and Harper Voyager and NetGalley for an advance reader copy of The Wedding Witch by Erin Sterling.

I really enjoyed The Ex Hex and The Kiss Curse. Now it’s time for The Wedding Witch starring Tamsyn and Bowen!!

Bowen Penhallow is asked to attend a Yuletide wedding. Little does he know that Tamsyn, who procures magical items, has decided to take on a job that leads her to the same wedding. It’s here that they end up transported back to 1957. They must work together to figure out what needs to be done in order to get home - and there’s more than trying to get home that is at stake!

I have found the books so far in the series to be so fun and The Wedding Witch continues this trend. I love a story with a time travel element - mix in a romance and you have a recipe for an enjoyable read! I thought the moment when Bowen and Tamsyn meeting up at the wedding was really cute. I also really enjoyed the build up at the beginning - we are able to get a preview of how Tamsyn and Bowen have gotten to know each other over time, which makes their eventual meet up all the more sweeter because of the attraction that’s grown.

The eventual development of their romance feels very natural. Something I’ve also appreciated about the books in this series is that they keep pace from beginning to end. If you enjoy time travel, forced proximity, there’s only one bed, then you should check out The Wedding Witch!
