Tangled was one of my favorite rom coms I ever read, and part of the reason I enjoyed it so much was the fact that it was entirely in Drew’s POV. He would talk directly to the reader and it made for some hilarious and interesting insight for a romantic comedy, being only in the male love interest’s head. So when I went into Tamed, the follow up, I was worried because now we were seeing things from Kate’s perspective and I wasn’t sure if it would hold the same charm as Drew’s POV. But I’m happy to say I was wrong. I missed Drew but I still found Kate to be interesting. And the Emma’s trademark humor could still be found throughout. While I still preferred Tangled to Tame, I like that this story showed how not every romance ends with the couple riding off into the sunset and getting their happily ever after. There are still issues they need to overcome and problems to resolve. Overall, I enjoyed this book and was happy to get another glimpse into the live’s of Kate and Drew, and it’s a must read for anyone who loved Tangled
I requested this one back in the day as I had every intention of reading it. However, its been years and I still haven't gotten around to it and while I feel guilty at not reviewing a book I think that I need to admit to myself that I won't be reading this one anytime soon....if at all.
Another ride with Drew and and Kate, this time from Kate's POV! This is the sequel to Tangled, which I really enjoyed, although I didn't like this sequel quite as much! I definitely love the hilarity between these two characters, the dynamics and chemistry between them never fails to make me smile. I'm not a fan of the fact that the main drama in this sequel was over miscommunication and could've been solved very easily, but I still did enjoy being back with Kate and Drew and I'm excited to see what will come next for them!
Fun cute and fluffy!
Its an enjoyable read, even if their misunderstandings were at times exasperating
A great continuation from book 1
